  2. Car is located in melbourne victoria, however is still QLD registed as i have moved here only recently for work
  3. Hey guys, Just throwing up my R34 GTT for EOI's. Im 26 now and time to grow up, Would consider a swap for something like a older BMW 3series, audi s4 sedan, golf GTI etc. Cash Price would be $22k, im in no hurry to sell it so no time wasters. Details 1998 R34-GTT - White RB25DET Neo - 110,000km 100k major service done, oil changed every 5-7k Factory nizmo bodykit Nizmo Shifter/Momo Steering wheel factory options Factory Tinted Windows, rear quarter's/Rear I purchased the car stock last year and it hasnt missed a beat since. Ive added some mods (all only 6months old have all receipts) to bring out the potential without going silly or attracting too much attention. I have all the original books that came with the car. Engine Mods - Pod Filter - Full 3" Exhuast, Custom Dump/Front Pipe/MidPipe - High Flow Cat - Genuine Apexi Muffler. Loud enough, but still legal and not droney, gives the RB25 that unique note its known for. - JDM Performance 600x300x76 FMIC - return flow stealth style (Uses stock piping inside engine bay) - HDI Electronic Boost Controller - Nistune fully programable ECU - Walbro 600hp Fuel Pump - Unknown HD Clutch Tuned @ Mercury Motorsports. 185rwkw @ 9psi I asked them for this very safe style of tune, as it was my daily driver at the time and needed something ultra reliable. Unknown Wheels - In reasonble but not great condition Stereo - Deck: Pioneer 6stack in dash DVD Touch Screen Front: Pioneer 6" Splits Rear: ADS 6" 2ways Amp: 5ch A/D/S 450.5 Sub: Hifonics Zeus DVC Cost me $4000 all brand new and less than 6 months old Car looks the same as the pics with the exception of the car now has the FMIC. Car has potential, leave it as is for good quality reliable streeter, or mod it up to your hearts content. Any questions just ask me
  4. as has been mentioned R&R is being hit Ohh and at that boost you will destory the turbo prettty quickly. I got my nistune done at the same time as upping the boost. 11-12psi is plenty enough for the stock turbo, and on the neo motor should make over 200rwkw without too much trouble assuming proper supporting mods.
  5. I think the return flow type (uses stock piping inside engine bay), secure it with bolts and dont hack your front bar to pieces and i think you will be ok on the defect front. I have been the last 3 times ive been pulled up for "RBT's"(or in other words, defect check). Didnt say a thing about the cooler.
  6. I noticed significant grip improvements moving from 245's to 265's on the rear on my GTT, i dare say it would be the same for your gtr. I dont see any major downsides
  7. When i was looking for a car i remember taking this thing for a test drive was pretty clean and seemed pretty tight, i only didnt take it because i didnt want a 4 door Shouldnt have too much of a problem selling
  8. No worries. I have already bought a car now. Shame since this looks pretty tidy
  9. Thats 15.6l/100km. Pretty darn bad really. Must hurt at the pump. Im still rocking about 11-12l/100km with 205rwkw, combined highway/hard driving
  10. My favourite part "it is important to note, that not all people with modified cars are guilty of illegal hoon behaviours" seems to me they have forgotton that part
  11. I wouldnt get my car tuned anywhere that wouldnt leave my ECU unlocked. I should not be locked into one place without having to start over every time, nor will i be. Pretty simple really.
  12. mabye, mabye not its certainly up the top of the list for me its not the perfect car, but theres a reason it has got the praise it has, perhaps in the next 12 months something will be released thats better
  13. My r34 GTT, 104,000km, basic mods. Exhuast, Intake, FMIC, bit of boost, nistune. 205rwkw. Getting combined 11-12L/100km 9L/100km when all highway, 14L/100km thrashing it around. I average 500+ km/tank Im very very happy with the fuel consumption
  14. Goldcoast Nissan New Car ---) used car Practially all high dollar cars lose money over the 1st few years, unless they are really really special, and 250k is still alot different to 190k. Forgot to mention, a GTR is faster than almost all those cars. Its still a bargin. Your not wrong about the finances though, a few too many people have over extended themselves. Repayments are $750/week give or take
  15. I might go back and ask what the breakdown for the $188500 was
  16. Not sure, atm i still cant afford one realistically for a year or so, so it was more of an enquiry. They did let me test drive it though (grey premium spec demo, my10 with 623km on the clock), my what a car! Makes my 34 look like a micra. The dealer did say they have a waiting list! hence the premium over sticker price. Have to remember it is a supercar after all and paying more than the base sticker isnt really uncommon for super cars. Id happily pay 190k for one tbh, ive tested alot of cars and allthough its "only a nissan" its one hell of a car. I can really see why all the reviews said it was the bargin supercar.
  17. I was at the nissan dealer today $188500 including all on roads for a 2010 base car + options
  18. Price? bla im blind price is in topic, ill have a think
