  1. Nismo S-Tune is another great option, not sure if it drops it as much as you want but it drops it enough to scrape the front aero bar and the nismo exhaust on obstacles every so often arghhhhh lol

You might pick up a decent second hand kit on Import Monster, from memory too Andy said that Bilstein have a replacement set of internals for the shocks when they need doing.

I have not driven any other m35's (except an Autech Axis which came with upgraded suspension from the factory) so I can't tell you the improvement over a stock set-up but I can tell you it handles well in all conditions and likes to hit corners nice and fast. :) not that I condone that

Thanks to all those that sent replies, even you "SCOTTY"

  2. Hey all you M35 Gurus out there some advise on how to drop my M35 down a couple of inches (50mm for all you youngans out there)would be greatly appreciated

  3. Can she translate the whole workshop manual?

She could but the problem is some things dont have a direct translation so it takes time for me to work out the english for her description.Heading back to Japan in Febuary for some snow fun and intend to do some manual and parts searching.

  4. I have a pinout diagram but only in Japanese.

Let me know if that is of any use.

Hi Andy my partner is Japanese so we can translate the diagram & repost for all.

  6. ebay, air scoop

    $12 from hong kong

I put one on my rb26 trackcar bonnet, over the airpods

Took your sugestion but no luck ,couldnt find on Ebay, these things are all metal.$12 from Hong kong seems a little cheap. This was not a cheap chineses copy but a well finished product. So I will keep looking.

  7. Found this air duct on the spoiler of an LS400 Lexus. It didnt fit properly but I have a spot just perfect for them. The product is chromed cast alloy and Im wondering if anybody knows where to get a set .Cad

  8. Hi Jules

I do not know the size of the rotor but they are the same as the V35. The part numbers are the same. The brake pads are also the same as the V35/G35. (confirmed this with Ben).

I am looking at getting some Hawk brake pads from the US for front and rear. Just waiting to confirm the cost of rear pads.

    Cheers

Hey Andy do you Know the (DB)code on the back brake pads and that of the service brake. Thanks Cad.

  9. 17 x 9 inch Driftek's, (+30 I think) they fit like a glove other than the fronts hang out half an inch.

The rim clears the curved brace under the coilover by 3mm and I have 235 45 17 Kumho KU36 tyres. (speedo is out by 11 ks at 100.) Highly recommended.

Hey scotty dont want to appear stupid but will the offset stop the rim from hitting the R33 upgrade callippers or is it the shape of th basket on the rim.

  10. Not a straight swap but close enough. R33 gtr have the same bolt pattern but require a small spacer and a sleeve. R32 gtr just require a sleeve.

The M35 uses 14mm bolts and the Sumitomo's run 12mm bolts.

The braking doesn't feel much stronger, just more consistent and they don't fade like the stockers. Also performance pads are easy to find.

What wheels do you have Scotty as the 33 callipers hit my standard wheels

  11. Finally have the 33 calippers fitted to the crossed drilled 32 round things on my M35 but not sure what to do with the rears as there smaller than the ones on my Suzuki .Any advise would be appreciated. Many thanks to Scotty for hes advise with the front install.

All was going well on the R33 calliper transplant onto the M35.The callipers were painted blue & the R32 disc looked a gem but had only one problem, the stock wheels hit the calliper (OOOPS)anyone got a spare set of spacers.

  12. Happy to help. How did you go with the spacer around the bolt? Did you hack the stone guard right off?

    As I dont have a lathe I had them spun up at a cost of $88 & got some 12mm bolts to match the legnth of the 14 mm ones.With some 1.5mm washers to space the callipers out the job was done.The stone guards are a mystery as mine dont need to be altered.Iam using R32gtr crossed drilled fluted discs and the fit the same as the originals;

  14. Im not sure what the r33 disks are but the r32 gtr disks are 32mm. The M35 disks are about 20mm thick.

Well I have my 33 twin pot front callipers and crossed drilled slotted 32gtr disc.Wish me luck cause I will probably need it. Appreciate your help. Cad

  15. I used my lathe to spin up the spacer tube so it fits over the 12mm thread. It has to be 1mm thick, 12mm internal and 14 mm external. 12mm long I think. From what I have seen the r33/r34 gtr will also require a small spacer between the calliper and mount also, the r32 gtr callipers I used didn't, the disk was perfectly centered in them.

Scotty are the 33 & M35 disc's the same thickness? Thanks Cad

Hi Scotty ,where do the spacer & sleeve go & how do you overcome the bolt size problem?Wish to try this upgrade so I need all the wisdom I can Get

    Thanks Cad
