Hello! attached is my fitness analysis. I used to weigh 92 kg about 6 months ago and have lost a bit of weight with cutting out junk food and doing weights and cardio. So I decided to get a fitness analysis. BUT - I dont know what any of it means or if im bigger/smaller then average. Or if my body fat percent is any good. Just wondering what everyones heart rate is when at moderate training and at maximum effort If im doing a 5KM run @ 9.5KM thats a moderate run for me. My heart rate will sit at about 160 At full tilt with sweat pouring off my face at 100% my heart rate would be about 195. For me this is a 5km run at about 12.5 KMS. 21 Years of age =)

I used to run alot. Stretch for only a minute. used to go 3 x 6km and 1 x 12km in a week. But then i went on holiday and stopped for a while. fell outta routine THEN MY GF DUMPED ME YOU SCRAG SO NOW I HAVE TO GET FIT AGAIN Now im back into it and started off doing 3 km runs 3 times a week. Now im doing 5x5kms a week taking 25 mins In the 3 weeks I have lost 6kgs. You cant really see it in my body but my pants are too big now. it sucks. and i took a bird home last night. though she wasnt a looker it still counts =) the end. i hope we can all be great friends xxx cuddles n all that
