  1. If the VL has all its panels at that stage, and a new fuel pump, then I'll load her on the trailer. It will be the slowest car there though, RB30E with an auto and open diff.. Still, no reason not to have a bit of fun before the big build goes ahead. Plus I'm sure everyone will have a good laugh seeing a commodore out there getting its ass kicked.
  2. Wondering the same thing myself. Also, would you consider selling the engine minus sump? I only ask as I doubt I'd be able to use that sump, nice as it is. Save a resale.
  3. How much of a rush are you in to sell them? I'm interested, but need to deal with a few other things first.
  4. Welcome! I have to admit a soft spot for the V35, something about those curves. Got any pics of yours?
  5. I love it! So so wrong that it's very right. All common sense says it shouldn't be done, but ignoring that is often what makes the best cars. I've heard the RB25 head is a bit harder to fit up than the 26 unit, did you have many issues?
  6. Another Brendan, you must be a decent guy. Loving the R34 GT-T, like Terry said, pics?
  7. Is this a locked diff or limited slip? Also, I don't need any of the brakes, suspension, etc, so are you willing to part it?
  8. New to the whole RB owning community, I actually have a VL Commondore (I can explain). I joined here because I'm building this car for track use, and quite frankly the Commodore brigade don't even know what corners are, much less how to go around them. Also as insurance, I'll be converting as much of the car as I can to Nissan parts, so that if this body doesn't work out I can transfer some of the gear into a Skyline or Stagea (I know a Stagea doesn't sound much of a track car, I just like doing things the hard way). If you're wondering what I mean, for a start the engine will be running the 26 head (when I find a usable one), and I will be converting the hubs to the Nissan stud pattern. Obviously there's more, but I don't want to make this post stretch on forever. Just thought I'd say hi, hopefully not too many people will hate me for Commondore ownership (believe me, I'm really not a big Holden fan, just the VL). Trackracer88
