You will need to change your latches and hinges for the bonnet to fit,the GTT ones wont work. As far as guards go you may get away with out changing them.

Yeah you need the hinges and latches and bonnet offcourse but you dont need to change the fenders. i have done it cheers, David

Hi guys and gals, i just wanted to know if those of us out there with R34 GTT's could post up pics of our engine bays i.e mods to get an idea of the possabilities as im about ready to go under the hood for mod installs and keen to see how the neo engine bay can be dressed up etc im looking for ideas is all.. if there is a link already to this then excuse my ignorance and laziness for not checking. cheers, David

Thanks all for the advice, the new wheel is on now and the horn works no problem ,airbag light is fine got the boss kit with the plug etc so very pleased, the steering wheel does protrude out slightly more than normal because of the D1 Quick Release hub but its not that noticable only when flicking the indicator on you need to extend your finger a little (not the lazy flick like normal while holding the wheel) here is a couple of pics, cheers, David

That looks nice, i definatley need to get one of these installed. Do you think you will have issues with police if they look under your hood with this box sealed like this ? i.e FMIC & Pod Filter legalities

Yeah i know , its just trying to get through to them is the first hurdle, im actually quiet keen on the East bear side skirts in fact i know theyre cheaper than the bonnet i paid for ,im even keen to work out something on that even ,but then again if it aint in stock im not willing to wait another year, i can go to ja[pan and get it myself in that time turn around. ill keep trying no doubt. cheers, David

yeah interesting , i think the turn around time maybe in years ? , i been waiting for my east bear carbon bonnet for now about 1 year and 3 months nearly , oh yes i paid in full as well , i have had much communication and excuses over the past year right up until last month when i was told they ordered the wrong bonnet by accident ,,hmm taken over a year to figure that out ,oh well. I'm also in Melbourne. So now "IF" i ever see this bonnet it will be going for sale as i already have a new bonnet from elsewhere. cheers, David

Thanks guys for the advice, all good. I decided to go with the momo because it was a cheaper option than buying a brand new 34GTT airbag wheel in mint condition - my current 34GTT wheel is peeling, plus i didnt pay for the momo wheel, so its all good.

Sorry guys if this sounds stupid, but what happens with the horn button , im fitting the momo champion steering wheel with boss kit and d1 quick release kit(just jap)
