  1. can also do a VIN check at this link http://www.bespokeinc.com.au/index.php/tools/vin-decoder VIN Number: BNR32-001455 Manufacturer: Nissan Build Date: September 1989
  2. If this car was complied under the system the vin should read something like this "6T91MPV97......." It will not match the origional Chassis # on the firewall. It still should have been 17 digits so not sure what's going on there. Good Luck
  3. Your so helpfull thanks dodgyimports!! Thought about becoming a broker?
  4. I'm not sure if you have purchased your vehicle from us but as many dealers have done and still do, we use to hold consignment stock or buy local if low in stock. As the above statement states we will not sell you a car purchased locally unless a customer has traded it in, we will make It clear that we can't verify the kms if this is the case. As far as the name changes we have changed due to local And Euro market not liking the thought of buying a Import. The whole industry is pretty doggy and I can expose a lot of people in the industry who also claim and portray to be Legitimate. But no point. We as a company have made it a commitment to do the right thing by the customers and keep clean. That's the best thing we can do to move forward. Keep in mind we are NOT liked by most Dealers right now due to the kms checks offered.
  5. seems like another dealer in Sydney doing the wrong thing, The auction sheet says it all!!
  6. Not all dealers are the same! There are some trying to do the right thing. The private people bringing cars in without Dealers Licenses are the ones that are bringing the industry down!! It's these guys that we have to compete with. Its these cars that should be used as examples as well as the dealers. Its also Compliance Centers without Dealers Licenses that are selling cars bringing the Industry down, I'm not going to mention anyone, but I can tell you that doing the right thing in this industry is really hard work and does not help when topics like this are targeting only dealers!!
  7. there is no requirement to have this for compliance but there could be bad history with the car either prior to being imported or here is Aus, I would stay away!!
  8. I work at Bespoke, (formally known as Import Factory, name changed due to Euro and local cars) This was a mistake made by the salesman who put up the ad, as we have another one in Japan that is red also and only has 95000kms on it, he mixed it up. We offer ORIGIONAL Deregistration certs. and auction reports on all Imported Vehicles, so why would we do something like this. The mistake was fixed in minutes once we were notified!! We offer a service to check your KMS, http://www.bespokeinc.com.au/index.php/tools/odometerhistory why would we do this? And how could we fix this straight away if the speedo had been tampered with? (the ad was updated with a pic of the auction report and a pic of the dash displaying KMS)
  9. "HYPOCRISY" The mistake was rectified within minutes once we noticed, you only need to go to the showroom and see for your self!! And as to the "source" at least they don't need to hide behind forums, Facebook or Ebay to offer a service that the industry rejects!!

  11. can do speedo checks here!! http://www.importfactory.com.au/index.php/tools/odometerhistory turnaround time is usually within a week if express, You will get the Japanese kms history every time it changed owners.
  12. The first place I would start looking is the coil packs, these play up all the time. While you are there make sure the spark plugs are good too obviously. If that doesn't get it sorted then check out fuel delivery (pump, filter, etc) and other things but this should give you a good headstart anyway.
