  1. if your worried about getting the wrong seals just speak to you nissan dealer they will tell you the part numbers and put them in the computer to tell you which ones a are s13 and r32 thats easy but doin the reco your self might not ..

  2. OK! heres a Question who the nissan fast can idendify the interior trim colour and type? can you tell me how you did it? is says C

    ~~ hc33 003262 ~~

I hate the comon poo coloured laurels but there is a black/grey interior i would kill for. FAST says it has a build date of 89 01 so it would be eligable for import just missing the 88 model cut yes? i think its 89 jan and older that makes it. sorry but im learnin haha

  3. yeah i know and ive seen the kits on the net b4 on the ceffies but usaully just the font bar and not the complete kit. The ceffey and the laurel kits look the most streetable i reckon.

So jk you think the actual kits on the 33 and 32 are shopped not just the height?

J_R32 in JKs avatar his ride is a ceff so im guessin thats wat it would be for :P

  4. yeah tru that! haha look at the rear part of the front tire on the laurel it sorta seem to look a bit sus aswell I still say good luck to finding 10cm clearence look at a normail r33 side on and then look how low those sideskirts go jeeze.. haha I wonder if you get somme steal tube or somthing bottled on just a few mill lower that the kit and use it like a skid plate kinda thiny like those lowlux dudes do hurrmmm *pictures himself grinning happily as sparks fly out safley leaving BPl*

  5. final konexion scrape city.. population them! sooo sooo nice tho i wish it was posible to have them in aus...

By the look of the side skirts on the 33 and 32 there lower than any part of the chasis by inches. If only they were a few more inches higher think how high your suspension would have to be just to keep it at legal ride height

  6. To me it doesnt make any sence .. your original earthing to your frame and engine should be more than enough to handle the amount of current coming from your engine and lights..

if everything was screwed up tight would neverbe more than .5 of an Ohm?

and unless your engine has a really really weak ass spark and your earth return wire is really stuffed and it has a high resistance causing a loss of current flow back to the battery it shouldnt do anything as is my understanding anyway

they do look heaps cool tho and even tho i dont belive in them i still want them for some reason ...

  7. Na Nismo Boy i dont think they sell anything Uras? There manly only selling the buzzword brands like blitz hks inititial D :P etc etc

Yeah thanks funky im thinkin just print out the sticker i want off the URAS site and have a friend of mine that works in a sign/car sticker place to cut it out for me i guess it wouldnt cost too much to just do it that way.

How good are those crome emblems : ) i reckon it might look good smack bang on the bonnet of a ceff as a hood ornament http://www.uras.co.jp/syohin/goods.html#spgoods

  8. everyone wants to be teh uber admin of a forum these days:D

someone did start a dedicated forum for ceffies n laurels and other nissan sedans, something taxi.com... wasn't exactly a raging sucess as it was a small group of 15 people going "swoit car mate" to each other.

As a cef owner, SAU's been the best resource as all the tuning etc as the cef and laurel is 70% a skyline anyways. If there's not enough people aware of the awesome tech and resources available on here, or of the 4 door RB sedan section, then you should spread the word, not splinter off as that'll make things worse.

    :werd: :werd:

Thats right theres no point starting a forum without the people that have the know how to answer the questions in the first place.

Sure it would be nice to have a shrine for the ceff but it would be hard to match SAU in the amount of information and knowledge provided as there would never be anywhere near as much traffic . The strength of this forium is that it is a forum is for different types of cars but they all still share the same tuning/performance traits

  9. Thats perfect half cut matirial right there you we should all be thankfull for crashes in japan like this :) I think he would of been ok just hope there wernt any passangers. The lesson to us is that trucks in the rearview mirror dont stop as good as GTR brembos :kick:

  10. This may sound like a stupid question.. but where the hell is the clutch reservoir on a RB25DET GTST. My clutch is slipping like a biatch, and im hoping it 'may' be fluid as im broke

I doubt its clutch fluid.. havin low or air in the fluid makes your pedal go to the floor without disengaging the plates it wouldnt affect the operation of the clutch when the peddal is not depressed. sorry sounds like new clutch time

  11. perhaps the case with the sequential BOVs its that it is not the air surging against the turbo or pipes or going through the turbo but rigged for the piston in the BOV to quickly open right up and close slightly (just open enough to not cause a surge) and leting out different amounts of air on release that makes the noise. just a thought im no bov engineer
