Actually got two cars off them so far. r33 which i got in december 2008, took me half an hour to cut them $200 off the advertised price. got my current car from them half a year ago. paid exact price as they advertised, but got immoboliser put in for free. From my exp. you will be lucky to take a few hundred dollars off the price they ask for. As Kezr33 stated, they are a businnes after all. Paid cash for both cars by the way, which didnt really make any difference on the price.

As Abe2 said, it bolts straight on to the car with 2 nuts on each side to tighten it down. nuts comes with the brace too. only takes 2 minutes. no cutting, no modifying or anything.

Anyone as any recommendations of workshops in Melbourne where the NA+T can be done?

Definetly check for cracks in bushes and joints. Owned a r33 for a year and half, only realy complaint ive got about them is the stock exhaust whcih makes a really annoying raspy rattling noise at around 3000rpm.

I had a R33 half a year ago with a 2.5 inch catback which i got from a local exhaust shop. straight away after installation i realised the car doesnt pull as hard as the stock and its loud as. But after a month of driving the car seems to adapted to the exhaust and actually went quiet well. 2.5 inch seems to be ok for the Rb25. but make sure you get a good muffler tho as those cheap ones sound crap and drony, and can also get EPA'd which i did. LOL

my r34 measures 2 inch. apparently the r33 size is slightly bigger for some reason i guess 2.25

I am assuming about $6000 to turbo the NA and replace the NA box with a RB25DET box and new clutch. anyone have any ideas about the total cost?

Thanks for the info. just wondering did you have to upgrade the gearbox too? as i have a r34 gtv and will be turboing the car real soon but not sure whether the gearbox will also need to be changed to handle the extra power.
