Currently just trying to pick up some small parts etc. The rear high mounted stop light on my ADM is missing the bottom plastic cover piece. Any idea where I could source that from?58f81202322e6_ScreenShot2017-04-20at11_42_11am.png.3ffa650228b5fff987724c4198770bdf.png

I believe it was sourced from the period correct Nissan Pulsar ES Hatch......

    Per attached pic.

Scavenge Nissan wreckers, you should find one.

    Cheers,

    Bob.

Much regret In selling the last one.

Will travel australia wide, kicking myself about the silver one that just sold, would have paid 45k sight unseen

please if anyone knows of one for sale let me know, this one is for the collection.

  3. Mobile installer around the Camden area NSW

    Hi Guys,

My mate wishes to refit the original JDM radio/cassette player into his R32 GT-R.

He is very time poor so needs a mobile installer who is experienced with R32's that can go to his home.

It's a low mileage original so originality is the priority.

He lives in the Grassmere/Cobbitty/Camden area.

    Thanks,

    Bob.

  4. OK...... Thanks for the update.

I have 2 cars that I plan to enter in the Heritage Display that have been approved.

Do I fill out the above form and try to fit two cars on it or do I fill out two separate forms per car and at what cost each?

$45.00 per car seems high compared to last year.

    Cheers,

    Bob.

    Yes mate. Came from Queensland

Yeah.... The gold badges were the unique give-away.

The milage surprises me though. It was advertised with about 148,000kms then (18 months ago).

I know it took forever to sell (as did mine at the time) so maybe the mileage creeped up in time.

Anyway good luck with the resto and if you need a hand with anything or would like to catch up for some pointers, please drop me a PM.

    Cheers,

    Bob.

    Hi all,

I have recently purchased an Adm. Vin ending with 16098. Would love to know abit of history regarding this car.

    Thanks

Welcolm...... Based on that it's build #32, Black.

I don't have any other info.

Can you please advise when did you buy it, from where, milage?

    Are you Sydney based?

    Photos?

Any info may help to jog peoples memory.

    Thanks,

    Bob.

With all that said, you will either get knock over in the rush and sell it immediately or suffer the same issue I had where collectors just won't buy a high milage car.......Cheers......Bob.

Thanks again everyone for insight/feedback regards to my beast

Guess I was kinda right......... Congrats on the sale.... Bob.

  8. I actually think you have priced it spot on and I'll explain why.......

Exactly two years ago I sold a very nice black ADM (to Perth) for around $35K. It had about 175,000 kms but in excellent condition like yours.

It took me 7 months to sell and the mileage was always an issue.

Yours has another 90,000 kms on the one I sold which in my book is worth about another $8K-$10K less.

If we deduct that of what I sold mine for we would land in the high $20K region.

We all understand that during R32 GT-R's in general have increased in value approx 50% over the last 2 years and increasing, they have nowhere near peaked.

When you do the sums, low to mid $40K's is about right.

With all that said, you will either get knock over in the rush and sell it immediately or suffer the same issue I had where collectors just won't buy a high milage car.

An enthusiast would probably prefer a lot lower milage JDM for similar money

It is probably easier to find a buyer at $100K with a sub 60,000 kms ADM car.

Regardless, it presents lovely in the pic you posted and a credit to all the owners in keeping it factory original considering all the useage it has had.

Good luck wit the sale, please keep us informed.

    Cheers,

    Bob.

  9. Heartbeat cars seem to target the lower mileage grade 4 cars.

I haven't seen the car but in the pictures it does look quite tidy.

I've looked at a few cars they have sold, some good some not so good.

It's advertised as having books and all relevant export documentation which is a must.

I think it has coilovers plus the other mods mentioned in the ad.

If you can negotiate a deal as closer to $45K you are doing well.

If you buy it, make sure you get them to bend the rules a bit and overlook the side guard blinkers in the compliancing .

When fitted aftermarket, they are really an eyesore and are rarely aligned to the GT badge.

Anyway, on face value, a nice car!

    Bob.
