  4. Tank/Ant - do you lights flash when you guys unlock/lock the car?
  5. nah mate, my scedualed last day in newe is the 14th.
  6. thats only for the pro system - which that only made 30 off. the step 1/2 versions are ~ 4000. You can also buy some of the parts seperate, which can make it cheaper, depending on the whats is trying to be acheived. Most of the decent builders/tuners in australia have there own setup by modifing the neo intake gear to run on the rb26 head - alot cheaper :-) Mine will be possible getting this next year, depending on how responsive my final setup is.
  7. Lol thanks mate. Yeah the rims are a hate of mine aswell, but getting the engine and running gear sorted is the priority at the moment. I'm pretty keen on a set of black te37sl, but we'll see. I'll defiantly report my feelings about the tc mod once it's running.
  8. we can only hope lol

  14. looks like the chips been replaced - i.e. nistune. Pretty sure my stockie didn't have the red wire with the fuse on it either
  15. Sweet! should be all good then. Although, I guess i did waste my money a bit then .
  16. Paul - Any idea what the stock airbox/snorkle is rougly good for - 350-400awkw was mentioned to me? I've already bought it, so i guess i got a bit of nismo bling lol.
  17. lol martin I'm on my 8th 12hr day in a row...4 hrs and another 4 days still to go and then 1 day off...and anoth 6 12hr days. FML
  18. I done the exact same thing. I did look at another 2 shitter GTR's before i bought mine though just to make sure. A small prang is nothing to worry about as long as there's no chaisis damage. Yesturday i found out mine is a cold weather spec r34 gtr - rare packge, but means it definatly spent some time on salted roads. r34's are not spot on....look where the rear lights meet the boot. Lexus has good panel gaps...nissans not so much Plenty of MP3 vins in the nissan fast section... just requires a bit of searching
  19. It wasn't cheap - just over $400 - I got it from nengun (RHDjapan also sells it). I um and erred about it for a few days as i couldn't find any results (besides the ones on the nismo website) but decided to grab it to give it a go. My intention is to run it back to back with the stock snorkle to see if there is any difference. That's not a bad idea for a pod box - it would provide a nice cold air flow for them. The nismo intake might be a bit over priced for the function in this case and it may be better to grap a stock snorkle. Mines also does an after market intake too - but this is carbon and about $900 from memory
  20. THIS!!!! LMAO
  21. I remember thinking the quoted 6 weeks was pretty quick. Better they take there time and do it right though. Mines been off the road since march if it makes you feel better lol
  22. I cant remember if it was 2 or 3 bolts - I do remember it was pretty obvious what's holding in. Just undo all 3 and see if it comes loose. i do remember the case itself should have 4 philips head screws holding the lid on.
  23. wow - that makes your old high flow look pretty restrictive
  24. yep - Optional - unplug and unbolt the ecu There should be 4 philip head screws in the top of the case - undo them and take the lid off. You should be able to see the circut board
