  1. The BP at the end of the F3 is the meet point
  2. Looking like i have to head to Bulahdelah tomorrow, so good chance not just my car, but i'm out of the cruise too. Sucks, as this is starting sound awesome I'll try and pop in at the meet point on my way though.
  3. Mmm sounds like a good idea, it would make finding specific parts a little easier. A brand column would be useful too. Only major problem I see is the difficulty in controlling it. If a seller is too lazy to post in the FS section, he/she maybe too lazy to remove item once sold - this could be fixed by putting an expiry on each listing, at which point the seller will need to realist/renew expiry.
  4. Exactly. i like martin's version.
  5. mmm i wonder if the logo detailing was optional
  6. martin's has all the gismo's/add-ons that the real thing has.... The cost of replicating a TK gtt would be more then buying a legit version IMHO...so why would someone bother
  7. Simply, but effective build list The nismo injectors are 600cc - perfect for that power range unless your going e85. Also, I lied - It's a link G4 ecu not a vipec (essential the same) that i gave to Paul - i'll ask him if interested in selling it 100,000km service wouldn't hurt either. Crazy - Nitto/Tomei pump, cam baffels, 8-9L race pan, race pan baffles/gates, oil restrictors turbo/head, catch can, oil cooler moderate - billet gear replacement, sump baffels, catch-can, oil cooler, 1L overfill basic - n1 pump, sump baffels, 1L overfill
  8. Do you still need those cam gears Ant? what else do you need for your future -9 upgrade? i have a few parts lining around (new injectors, can prob get you my old(but new) vipec ecu cheap too)
  9. I thought the alsd was an option? Award gearbox and diff in Sydney is also execellent.
  10. Martin picked it- there's an oil drain for a VCT setup in the sump. Want to do a bit of r&d next year for a VCT setup idea I've got. Overnight parts from japan sounds good in the movies...what they don't mention is that there is a 6 week manufacturing lead time at the moment... Also, theres still heaps of of fab work to do and I don't want to stress Paul out trying to get this complete.
  11. Well my car is out for the cruise Sunday now. Were still waiting on a few parts that won't arrive in time. It's funny what you said about the ugly VCT cams...if you look at my sump you will notice a fitting that's not normally there on 26's...
  12. want...might have to ebay a kidney. Actually, i saw that on ebay last year or earlier this year, so id say its been for sale for a while. A bit like that n1 shell that pops up for sale every so often.
  13. Thought i'd share some progress - as of 7:30am today hopefully we start putting it back in wednesday.
  14. Using Prospec 2 here aswell. Wouldn't buy any other.
  15. Anyone in newe follow the union? Just went down to sydney to watch my anual tri nations game. 5yrs since I've seen Australia win .. getting a little over this looseing business.
  16. Had this discussion with Paul earlier today about my motor - thats his prefered method too. He just said the thing not to do is don't let the mottor idle to bed the rings in
  17. try the gtr shop on ebay/uk - they wreck a few gtr's every so often. i searched for a oem cover for 12months and thats finally where i found it.
  18. woops akward lol
  19. this newcastle community is tight
  20. mmmm no...the 3month old blue ssv on the back of the tow truck with the broken fuel relay - your last name mackander?
  21. Ha small world adam - just saw you a post on Lukes (Gus) fb regarding his new busted ass ute lol
  22. Righto, done some calcs and made a descision - going for some ID1000. Thought about 2000's, but i think it would be overkill - no plan to run E85 in the future. Now i gotta ring around and find someone with a good deal that can get em to me with 10.5mm adapaters by monday.
