  1. It shouldn't. Are you using an i5 2500k? or a different i5 model? Every single i5 other than the 2500k and i5-760 are pretty crap. Also, is your GTX 460 1GB or 768MB? What resolution are you running at? Any 1GB model will support up to and including 1920x1080 @ 60hz. Personally, I have 2 PCs, and BC2 runs at 80 FPS solid on both systems, if not more. The system I play it on most has a Phenom II x4 955 Black Edition OC'd @ 4.0ghz, 1GB GTX 460 .w 4GB 7-7-7-20 1333 RAM -- it's more of a movies/music/rendering computer more than anything. My 'main' PC has a i5 2500k OC'd @ 5ghz, 16GB 8-8-8-24 2000 RAM and a GTX 580 .w an additional 1GB GTX 460 dedicated to PhysX. All this assuming "tits" = "crap". If not, forget I posted this.
  2. Battlefield Bad Company 2. If you're playing on PS3, buy the game and be done with it -- if you're planning on playing it on PC, make sure you have at least 4GB of RAM, at least a 1GB GPU (such as the 1GB GTX 460; Asus, Gigabyte and EVGA are good brands), and a quad core CPU, the i5 2500k is a very good choice if you're planning on upgrading anytime in the near future, as it's clockable to amazing extents without much of a cooling requirement (if you do end up upgrading to it, get the P8P67 as your motherboard assuming you don't need more than 3 SATA connectors (see: here). Hope this helps. PM me if you want game-specific information, system requirements or my opinion on a game's gameplay.
