Its not actually against the law unfortunately to hit an unattended car and drive off unless the damage is over a certain amount of dollars. I beleive it is an offence if you were in the car at the time though

Mine got reversed into in the carparks where I live a couple of weeks ago, asshole drove off without leaving thier details so ill have to wear the $400 excess. I took it to all type to get a quote and they reckon 1200 to 1500 to fix it. The hit it hard enough that the bent and twised the reo bar so they would have known that they had hit it....

Mine did that and it was the spark plugs so id change those first and hope that it isnt the coil packs

Sorry to hear about the car mate What sort of condition are the plastics in on your old 4 door? The plastic surrounds on my front driverside and passenger side are sun faded so would like to freshen them up with a pair in really good condition. -

Hey mate, what condition are the interior plastics in? Im specifically after the autogear surround and the front drivers side and passenger side plastics that go around the electric window switches. -

I cant think how it will actually be achievable in the first place, people will be work out how to circumvent any filtering that goes on pretty damn quickly. Seems like a massive waste of time and dollars

Yeah I hear you on that Jonno. Cheers for the reply, I think ill dig up the threads on sanding and spraying them because id prefer to do that than wrap them in carbon fibre vinyl.
