There is a sight www.925style.com that has a list of cars that can be done easly. But if not on the list may me able to instal a chip socket or daughter board set up. Not saying all nissans can be done, but worth doing some home work before handing out the cion.

Yep sure its the same thing.Chip comes out ,Emulator hooked up to laptop goes in. Run car up on dyno or road, optimise tune, burn info from laptop to chip,put chip back into car.AKA real time Tune. Chip from Jcar $12 Emulator$179 US Chip burner$149 US + knowhow?$1?$500?$1000???? depend which company you use?

Just been on to the Transtronics site in the USA and seen ,read about the emulators and chip burners you can buy. Look at the soft ware to run them and all seems to easy.Why isn't every one on to this?So many nissans can be done.Is it trade seceret that they they dont want us to know? Look forward to replys. Phew almost brought a power FC(no boost control,no close loop knock control) 50% cars with minor mods maybe factory is best???????

no idea dude seems to pull like a freight trian between 4000 to 8000 rpm . Only had the car out one after noon .One trip to the auto elec for a dodgy earth sheild wire problem and then to the dyno for a air/fuel check and power run.10.5(rich jap chip),13psi 198@wheels.

Just imported a gtr but dont know the history. It has turbos on it that say garett A/R .53. Are they R34 GTR or R34 GTR n1? are they steel or ceramic? how much safe boost can I run? Thanks All.

Bought my GTR from them good price but a little hard to get on to the people that know whats going on, but come through in the end.

Dose any one know how to decode the new low volume vin they issue you with when they comply the car? would it have info weather it is turbo or not?

Mines ECU's normaly have a mines badge on it. While we are on the subject of tuning has any one ever had a real time tune chip written for their factory ECU. If so how were the results.Cant decide if to get this or a power fc.

I think all a mines ecu is a standard ecu with a mines chip in it cant be tuned.

R32 gtr rolling shell includes doors,boot rear bar tail lights,front gards(slight damage), diff and suspeson, front susspenson, drive sharfts ,dash pad ,cluster,door trims and glass. main parts gone are motor, box,cooler,brakes(calipers and rotors) Shell has had had a poor quality quarter panel repair could be repaired easily suit re-shell or race/drift. 89 model has been imported as race or wreck. $3000 or bare shell (nothing but shell) $1800 will have pics soon.
