  1. I have no idea why there sticking out like that. might have to take it to a suspension place see what they say.

Hi guys Have just bought some R32 gtr wheels and et street tyres 255/50/R16 for my R33 gtst the tyres are sticking out like around 10/15mm wanting to know any way around it to make them sit flush with the guards or more tucked in without having to change the tyres or rims car has been raised so no rubbing If any one can help or any ideas would be great or something I can do or at suspension places to ask. I've seen a few R33 with these rims/tyres and don't stick out at all but mine does.
  3. Thanks for that info Will try that as can't just let it warm up and then drive off and I park and goes back in to like cold start a little and idles a little strange until it warms up again. But are you on e85 ? as it need over 100. I was told needs around 180% because when I first start it in the morning I have to jab at the accelerator rapidly and then it's ok after 10 or so seconds.
  4. For me not one problem at all besides when the injector dies lol Afr on idle can't Remember but will check dyno sheet at home and get back to you. My main problem is being on e85 starting up is horrible for like 5/10 seconds but can't drive it for around 5 minutes as when you jab accelerator it will splutter as have a adaptronic is set to 100% on cranking but doesn't go no more and needs more was told by tuner. but firmware needs to be rewritten which sucks. My idle is pretty good once warmed up and then settles nice but wen cold if I accelerate/rev it will drop bad down then climb back up.
  5. Yes scotty they are crap and u did tell me I know. Just didn't want to go top feed with new fuel rail and fpr. Guess ill see how I go for now with them but if it does happen again ,what side feed injectors would fit in the standard fuel rail at 1000cc.
  6. All good just a spacer they said and was removed no problem. All good in fitting now. Fiveo are not the best as this is my second injector replacement as the last 2 with in 2 month of around 500ks just died from the set I bought from them. No ohm reading from one of them when I took them out from the set I bought ,as they just died 1 in 1 month and another the next month. All good for now see how we go I guess. Just be careful buying from them as they seem to just die the resistor or something in them. Thanks for the help.

Hi guys I got a set of fiveomotor sport 1000cc injectors and one of them went faulty, so got a new one from them and it doesn't fit as in the nozzle doesn't come out all the way through the rail hole. only difference between them is one has a yellow ring under the nozzle seal which is stopping it from fitting. any ideas around this. need help asap on what to do as in return it or some way to fit. R33 gtst heres some pics to get a idea of what im talking about. the one with the yellowish ring is the one that's not fitting in all the way by a few mm

APEXI POWER FC AND HAND CONTROLLER FOR SALE Came off my R33 gtst s1 but should work on s2 reason for sale went map sensor so no longer needed has been refurbished so all new so was told maybe still have the tune but better to give it a fresh tune tune is for 550cc injectors,hi flowed turbo,bigger fuel pump $950 pm if need more pics or any more info location Melbourne but can post.   12. You can rule out the AFM by unplugging it while on idle and if it stalls then its good and if its still idling then its no good. Running on 5 cylinders could be two things from my experience,either one of the coil packs is playing up or dirty/blocked injector. If it starts to run on 5 cylinders for longer, try unplugging each coil pack to see which one makes a difference in the sound and if one of them does not change in sound or note then u found the coil pack that might be faulty but can also lead not to be coil pack but injector which you can do by unplugging each injector plug to see if it does the same thing to changing the sound.

I bought it few years ago and it had water in it and didn't no much then and as when I hooked it up it made a choooof sound and smoke came out and didn't make much of it back then so really forgot about it. It ran ok till now but I just bought a adaptronic ecu all hooked up with a tune in it similar to my set up and still done it and I found the problem injector 5. As soon as I disconnect it does nothing in engine sound at this point as all other injectors are fine as they change the engine sound when I disconnect the plugs from them,but sometimes it might start working but for now that's it. Must be cause I ran the injectors real hard on e85 pushing 330rkw and think there 550cc. Either blocked or leaking injector 5 but there's really nothing more but that as I changed every thing and this problem got worse after e85. Still needed to change the ecu no matter Wat the outcome was as that PFC was ftt up and guy ripped me off which was not nice for $900
  14. Just had car fully checked and everything seems fine from spark to fuel. Until I checked to see my power fc inside and looked like this. Car is still hunting bad on idle and wont drive past 2500/3000rpm and runs pretty horrible with no power. Most likely this is the cause as have changed just about everything.   15. Hey guys My R33 has been running not too good the last few weeks. Really rough on idle and when driving can't go past 3000rpm unless eased on acceleration like resting my foot on pedal and if that. after trying all the parts listed below I had just removed the vacuum line on the FPR and everything smoothed out idle no hunting and no running real rough. Could it be my FPR or when removing the vacuum line it runs high in fuel pressure and makes one of my injectors unstuck or Un blocked. Haven't tryed putting a fuel pressure gauge on as yet. Have tryed the following parts new. Fuel pump Afm Coil packs Plugs Fuel filter Ignitor Fuel lines Vacuum pressure test Redone all intake Coolant temp sensor Tps any help or suggestions would be great.

One thing I did notice last time I tested it was driving it really slow through the Rev range with little acceleration it would get up to 4000rpm but if Im normal driving it struggles to get past 2500rpm 3000rpm and like hits a wall but does make boost like around 5/6 psi depending on how much accelerator I use.
  17. Played around but did nothing to be honest and was tuned that way. Just got worse so taking it in to get it diagnosed tommorow. Even changed to a brand new fuel pump and AFM. Will report back here to let u know as I'm just curious and done everything I can do for now.
  18. Gonna try that next with someone checking my controller as I move it. My tps has never been touched for over a year and car never acted like this so bit confused, but will try it.
  19. Car has gotten worse as wont go past 3000rpm now but gets a little bit of boost at around 5/6 psi so might no be a vacuum leak. Things I have changed and checked to be ok. AFM NEW but unsure still could be the plug SPARK PLUGS BCPR7ES .8 FUEL FILTER AND FUEL LINES INTAKE GONE BACK TO STANDARD BOV CHANGED WITH WORKING ONE RE-DONE ALL VACUUM LINES AGAIN TPS WORKING COOLANT TEMP SENSOR WORKING COIL PACKS SPLITFIRE WITH NEW COIL PACK LOOM Aac VALVE CLEANED Only things left are fuel pump ,injectors,ignitor box and crank angle sensor. im thinking fuel pump but still leaning towards the AFM.
  20. Yes that was the screen shot taken when idling. I will give it a shot and get back to you on any changes to its problem.
  21. Well I've replaced the o2 sensor with a working one so then I took the photos. What if my tps is damaged could it be on that reading it's showing? I've changed fuel filter,fuel lines,new afm,spark plugs.. I'm running stock bov which I've got one spare to replace just for piece of mind. I'll try get the monitor reading pictures for better understanding on cold when it's running bad
