lol, its funny you say that. i have one of these hybrid copes. and in terms of cooling efficiency i think it is actually quite good... but i have noticed that it is actually whistling! Is there a known method of stopping this. it really is quite annoying. Cheers.

Mate. i guess im overly confident about this product. it really is hard to stress just how good these are. its not some fake thing that people sell like "hey, add this to your oil and gain 50rwkw!" it really is the BEST value upgrade you can get. if anyone can name a better one just say... i have one in my car. but i dont have dyno sheets as i have just put in an rb25... and am yet to get it running due to ecu issues... there are heaps of dyno sheets on the fuelstar site.... its well worth a look. and ill try get that video of auto salon with the gtr... just read what trashed said... speaks for itself with results... Listen. if anyone has a car in melbourne that pinging or something at the moment... buy one of these... fit it. and if it doesnt aid the car... i iwll give a full refund no questions.... as long as it is actually pinging... obviously its not going to fix piston slap or bearing noises.... 500 at first glance seems alot.. but its well worth it... like i said i cant stress how good these are.

Hey guys. Ive landed 20 FuelStar units here. And all need to be sold. these things are awesome. Now i take it most of you havent heard of these before. but they are just hitting the market now. The fuelstar is a unit about 3 times the size of a typical fuel filter, that goes inbetween the fuel filter and the fuel rail. It adds an amount of tin to the petrol, which in turn: -Gives more Power -Greatly reduced fuel consumption -Reduces emissions -Allows leaded cars to run on unleaded -Greatly reduces pinging and detonation -Makes the petrol burn colder lowering engine temperatures -Increases octane rating. (running 95ron fuel will be like running 98ron and running 98ron will be even higher) And each fuelstar unit will last 500,000 k's Dont know whether any of you saw at WA AutoSalon (a year or two back) there was a gtr on the dyno. made 220awkw then signs of pinging were detected. A fuel star was fitted without any other modification. the GTR then made 280awkw as the fuelstar allowed them to up the boost. and at this power level there was no signs of pinging or detonation at all. For another example. I just fitted one in a mates 200sx S14. The safcII was showing knock readings of around 110 - 140 before. and tonight. it was reading around 40 - 60. with no other mods on the same boost.... There is a whole heap of info at Http://www.fuelstar.com including before and after dyno sheets of many cars. and info on everything it does. Now these units are the PS245's and are available at $500 Including Postage to anywhere in australia. Its really hard to stress how good these units are. nothing comes close to matching these interms of power/money... I already have all units so you dont have to wait till a certain date. just reply here if you want one... and its all yours. got 20 available. can get more if they sell.... Thanks guys.

pretty much but you should need to cut the lead. i have never cu the leads. just used them as is... You'll be right. have a play... cant really go wrong.. just dont get sparked by the coilpack and dont let it zap the motor... although there is no harm in doing so. im sure its not good for it

Hey buddy. Stock boost is 10psi, as soon as you get an exhaust/pod it goes to about 11... I run .85 bar with a front mount and dont seem to have a drama. wouldnt go any higher than that though. Cheers

either: a) at the back of the coil pack loom there is a white wire that you are supposed to use for timing. hook the timing light over it as if it were a spark plug lead. B) take out coilpack number one and take off the the rubber bit at the bottom of the coilpack that goes over the spark plug, then put a lead from the spark plug to the bottom of the coilpack and hook your timing light up to that...

Hey guys Just got some slotted discs for the fronts so the stockies are up for sale no calipers or anything. just the discs they are 280mm x 30mm stock. dont have a vernier so cant messure thickness now. they wouldnt come close to being too thin... im sure of it. happy for any inspection. great condition. havent been machined since i have had them. not sure if they have ever been machined. dont know how to tell.. but there was no shudder in the steering wheel or anything under braking. Looking for around $200 bucks no idea what they are worth. open to offers. Cheers. Pickup only. or possible delivery to eastern suburbs of melbourne. like around ringwood / croydon etc. Cheers again

run the screamer pipe through a 2inch cat or something mountedunder the car. this way the exhaust is let off through a cat (not illegal) then go to your local exhaust shop (EPA approved or whatever) and get a db test done. when they rev it to 4xxx RPM, the wastegate wont open, making it legal noise at the required RPM. its only loud under full noise. Think about it.
