  1. Yeah i checked it out, but there's alot of people just rattling off there specs without a definitive idea on how it will sit. Everyone seems to have there own opinion on where the offset sits haha! The way I see it though is this, a 9.0" + 32 will sit about the same as a 9.5" +40. Correct logic? A tyre place i rang recommends D1R's in 9.5" +40. I wonder how tucked in that will sit.
  2. Now you got me thinking! GRR! Should i go with the 9.5" +40? Will they still fit without rubbing/rolling etc? They are the same price.
  3. Well they have 9.5" +40's available for the rear .. but not sure! How dramatic a difference is it with 9.5"'s?
  4. OK thanks guys... So nutting through each of your specs, seems i should have no rubbing issues with the offsets I've listed, on either the suspension or body. It would seem that a 9" +32 is kind of in the middle of what you's are running... one being 9" +20 and 9.5" +38, so as you say, conservative fitment. Not too far in to put massive width on, but not too far out to need guard rolling, which i do not really want to do. Awesome info thank you guys
  5. Hey guys, Just getting my head around the offset required for an R34 GTT. I've searched a few topics, got some ideas, but others tend to run different widths than I want to. So I was thinking of getting a set of Lenso D1R's in the following size: Front 18 x 8.5" - +35 offset Rear 18 x 9" - +32 offset Tyres i'd organise later, but probably something around 235 on the front and 255 on the rear. I'd prefer NOT to get my guards rolled. Currently the car has stock suspension, and If I do lower it a bit, it'll be only with slightly lower springs, maybe 2cm lower... not sure on that yet. Anyways, would that combo work ok?
  6. Bump! Correction: The Clarion V-Net amp is actually a Series 450! 4x100w... if anyone was wondering why there is no info on it!
  7. Booked mine in for Friday to get the two front windows done @ 35%. Great price too. Thanks to this thread!
  8. Bump! Still looking for these last few bits.
  9. Be keen on the carbon side garnishes! Would you post to 3175?
  10. Hey mate, Thinking about getting a set of SB's too. Can you describe what affect it had on the car's handling performance? The 27mm FSB is the thickest one, would getting a 24mm one be better for a road car?
  11. That Nismo thing you get when you buy a Nismo gear knob. its a sticker.
  12. Both Autometer Gauges and Pivot Volt Stabilizer SOLD.
  13. My mate actually bought one of these. So far with only a few months of use, the SD card slot has failed, the GPS never worked, the interface would glitch and become slow to respond and the discs would eject flippin hot after playing for a while. Conversely, I bought a Kenwood unit for the gf's X-Trail and never looked back since, excellent unit with great features. It pays to buy something decent first up and avoid the problems.
  14. Yup yup, makes sense. Good to learn about all this stuff, thanks guys.

  18. I know what the afm is. Theres nothing wrong with my engine im just asking out of curiosity to learn how the mapping works.
  19. Prices dropped and items updated! Need this stuff GONE so i can buy a new monoblock for my car!
  20. Ok installed the BCPR6E-11's into the motor the other day. The motor had the BCPR6E's in it, so .8 gap. Car seems to run good with the 1.1mm gap and Splitfire coils. No idea if it's just placebo though haha. The plugs that came out were pretty good still. A tuner told me yesterday that I should not be using the BCPR6E-11's because 1) the gap is too big, 2) the heat range is too hot for the current Summer climate and 3) They are a "crap plug". He recommended BKR7E's, and gapping them down to 0.7mm-0.8mm, does that sound correct? He said using 1.1mm gap will cause the spark to "blow out" at my boost setting (10 psi). Confusing!
