Yep G4 coilovers - one of the bushes in the front coilovers is missing (Uninstalled). Just Jap sells bushes for G4's? brbrbrbrb
Hmm Just Jap doesn't seem to have G4 coilovers / bushes / whatever I was meant to be looking for.
Its funny I've got the same issue with my Tiens, for some reason the front rubber ring that sits at the top of the spring is gone, make it noisy as hell

Thanks for the offers of help, I'm going to give it a shot on Saturday solo, just stay tuned for desperate cry's for help, although by then its probably too late

I had a read, I swapped out the coil-packs, so really all I need to know is how much to tighten up the sparkplugs after I put them in.
-
So the plan this weekend is to change the spark plugs, as I have never done this before, can anyone suggest a good writeup of how to do it?
-
From the looks of things, someone has thrown some money into it. And those wheels *drool*
-
Oh he's got it back on the road? awesome!
Nope, still up on a hoist. Still the cleanest 33 I've ever seen, and I've got a pretty clean one myself.

Spotted Troy's Ex 33.
My-Oh-My is it looking good. -> Resprayed, tidied up and sounding hawt
Also spotted another 4 or so Skylines at Trojans.
Shop is looking good and tidy indeed. Works getting done.
Had a chat to John.
So, does anyone know who owns that sexy 33' in MP? That thing has been sitting there for a while

If you want a 32, look for one with a rebuilt engine, if you want a 33GTR get a nice one. if you want anything thats not a GTR, get another car that's not a skyline
-
Same problem, it's caused by PFCs, noone knows how to fix it.
-
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that since its fixed you've been driving it harder, that would explain the crap fuel economy.
-
is HTML talk for a blank space, just put it down to weird website #$&%

Thanks for the help, I'm taking it in on wednesday to get it fixed, i'll keep you posted

More of a nissan licence thing. I know there was a '33 in the first one (yellow one), 34 in the 2nd.
-
Put on a new gearstick boot. not much but small steps.
-
I'll never tell

Ohh so I'm guessing it hasn't been touched yet then? I was wondering if I should go out there for a chat but I didn't know if they'd rather just deal with the insurance company and not have me annoying them.
Still waiting on the parts for the 34. Since insurance is covering it all new bits. You know what Nissan is like.
Was driving though Civic, twat in a Lambo pulled up, reving the engine and eyeballing me. Lights turn green and he tears off, I drive off normally as the cop car behind me overtakes, lights and sirens. That got a laugh

+1 for a filthy car.

Thanks for the offer, I'm taking it into a interior shop tomorrow to see if its fixable. if not have a line on a new set of seats, he won't seperate though
-
Spotted shell's 34 in the corner when I went to pick up the '33 from the body shop. Still a nice looking 34 even after skippy paid a visit
-
There is a metal strip that attaches the bottom to the back rest, this has snapped, if I knew where to take it it could probably be fixed
-
Hi guys,
To add the increasing problems with my car, the driver's side seat has snapped. Can anyone recommend a shop to get a seat from?
Also have a R33 GTR seat for sale, with a snapped back... (totally unrelated )

I've found that tunners are happy to deal with eletrical and software issues, hate dealing with mechanical problems...
-
That sucks to hear. Good to know that you got it all sorted.
-
Thanks mate. I'll become a member soon, just so I can throw the '33 down the tarmac a couple of times. Found some PZero Neros for cheap, so they will last me until the end of the year...
