The headunit will pick up aus radio channels, thankfully they are the same frequency was afraid of that too... Erm my friend has 1 and its insured. Is insuring the car different for third party and full comp?? Or do they require the same features on an alarm to be ADR compliant? If so, is there a list that tells me what i need? My friend got his from autobarn tho..so should it be okay?

Hi this might be a dum question but i've searched the forum and cannot find a definite answer. I just recently purchased a R34 GTT and the car being so old needs a new alarm, got a full sound system and an alarm as a gift but its purchased in my home country and not in aus so would i still be able to find a licensed installer to install the alarm? Its a viper so i'm not sure if anyone will do it as its not purchased in melb. Thanks in advance for all the help.
