For sale I have my used Kenwood eXcelon car audio sound system package. All the components were used for about 6 months and were taken out of the car when I sold the car. I purchased everything brand new. All components are in working order and worked as they should when they were removed from the car. This package works very well together and provided ridiculous sound at volume. The clarity this audio system put out was unreal. Keep in mind you will need to get a good battery if using this package as it does draw some big amps. I went to get a safety certificate today on the r34. I was knocked for the certificate because of my gear knob being worn and not being able to clearly see the h-pattern, my windows being to dark and a few other little things I can fix. Now The workshop told me my windows didnt pass because the tint is to dark. For a start there is no tint on the windows at all. The windows are body tinted. There are AS3 windows in the rear quarter curtin and the back windscreen is also a AS3 glass. Now I want to know if anyone knows if the AS3 glass is a factory glass. The windscreen is AS1. The 2 doors are AS2 and the rest is AS3.?

I bought this car when I was on my p-plates and have looked after it ever since I bought it. There is nothing wrong with the car what so ever it is in pretty good condition for a 15 year old car. It has done 177404Km and I bought it at 145634Km. This is the car I drove work which I drove about 150km a day and was highway driving. The paint work and interior is quite clean. The engine + gearbox is factory and has had no modifications. I bought it when I lived in Victoria and drive it up to Queensland in October 2012 and she ran fine. Oils and services have been done regally by my self when needed and have had the following done before I drove it up to QLD. Timing belt, Clutch, Rear main seal, Engine oil + Gearbox oil and all drive belts all done at 165,800km. The car has never had any accidents except for a misshap I had where I hit a wombat back mid last year. I had everything fixed and have receipts for $2283.60 I payed to get everything fixed. I have pictures of the accident and have pictures of the car gutted inside to prove everything structural has not been damaged When I bought the car It had a new windscreen fitted, sway bar link pins, sway bar link rods, rocker cover gasket + half moon seals + head lights fitted for the rwc and have receipts. It has also had new bigger rear breaks fitted to comply with Australian standards. Currently it is still in Victorian rego but I will be selling with no rego or RWC as it will be easier for me to sell. This will allow anyone in any state to purchase the car. I have fitted $3500 worth of Kenwood stereo (parts only) with heavy duty cable but am not prepared to sell with the car unless I get reasonable money. I did the fitment by my self and had the car fully gutted to run my wires. If the car is not sold with the aftermarket stereo I will fit the original stereo back into the car as I did not disturb any factory wires. It will be a factory jap radio and cd stacker which all works. When I bought the car it also came with the optional sat nav system but the screen had been pulled out by previous owner. I still have all parts but pop up screen wires have been broken from previous owner. Im no expert but to get a RWC for this car you would need rear tyres and maybe a new windscreen as it has a few chips from oncoming trucks flicking rocks . The passenger side central locking plays up every now and then as well. It dose not leak oil what so ever and gearbox is very smooth. Engine still has good compression and had not been thrashed. Im not interested in time wasters or fun drivers. At the end of the day this car owes me nothing and dose not phase me if it sells or not. Im not an idiot and wont take stupid offers. Im selling as I only have a 2 car garage and have bought a 200sx s15 and the misses wants her car in the garage. i ended up getting the sensor. as people said yes the sr20 sensor works:D.. the ntk part number is - 0ZA395-E2 only thing was i had to use my original plug. just crimped the ends from the new sensor with the plug that came off the original one out of the car. oh and it was only $62.. bit better the $200 for the oem sensor thanks for the help guys..

also whats the difference in the gear box's..?

looked up the steering system uses aprox 1 liter of fluid. i bet the 950ml bottle i bought just wont do it..

thanks nauto34. iv already done that, was the first thing i did at 7.30 in the morning when i got back home haha. i also had both mechanics look over the breaks and they couldnt see anything wrong. iv bought a bottle of nulon power steering fluid with stop leak formula to wack in the power steering system. maybe the valves and seals other things in the system need some freeing up. was going to fill the system with this stuff for a few weeks then put normal fluid back in it. for all i know its never been changed..? is there a way to bleed the system.? if so how how do you dump all of the existing fluid from the system.?

ok so i got the car back from getting the wheel balance and alignment done. the boys in the shop said they cant find anything wrong or know why the steering is shuttering. drove it home and its still shuttering. change of road surface will cause it to start shuttering. going left and right on the steering wheel fast but small amount of movement will also cause the shutter to start up. accelerating while its shuttering dosent change much, if anything it gets worse. once it starts it will get worse for a bit then dies off its self. it happens quite frequent and usually lasts for a few seconds. there was one time it started up as i was cornering and i kept accelerating a bit causing the shutter to stay for about 20 seconds. i got home and started playing with the steering. i reversed up the road at idle full locking the steering wheel left and right quite fast. sometimes it would get a point where the steering goes really hard all of a sudden.then some times it would relax again and get easy through the turn but other times it caused the hole steering to go stiff (as if the pump wasnt running (motor of)) and would stay like this untill you stopped moving the wheel for a second then it would be ok again.. i found that quite weird. when going slow i can hear a squeak rattle sound when going over a bump. now when i hear the noise the shutter happens. when driving and the shutter happens you can sort of hear something beating the same as the shutter somewhere in the car. going over a small but pointy speed hump the other day in it i noticed one of the shockers had a loud dry squeak noise come from it.. could the shuttering be something to do with the power steering actuator or system where valves or something arnt functioning like they should.? or getting cavitation in the system somewhere from a leak or something. im just very concerned because the car never usto do this and the problem is in the steering. i have to drive the car 150km a day to get to work and i know what its like to have a front wheel collapse underneath the car (taking the break line with it and breaking it) after just come round a corner at 70km lol. thanks pedders for the dodgy repairs.. cant even get "the right bolt" right.... dose anyone have any ideas..?

haha . is there something in a gtr where you can switch from rwd to awd..? iv seen a thing in a mag once where a 32gtr could do it i think.. i like the rwd iv been driving a tx3 turbo awd for the past 2 years. thing grips like rails but just aint as fun. i like the r34
