Hey guys and girls, I am after a FMIC for my R32 GTR preferably 600x300x100 but 600x300x76 will also do. I need hard piping to suit said intercooler as well... Let me know what you got. Thanks! I am located in Townsville so would prefer something a bit local but I am willing to pay for postage...

Haha... No worries mate, I'll have to see what I do about another engine but I'll be needing a new pump so will let you know.

I live in townsville but could always freight the motor down to brisbane. I have had a look around for rebuild prices up here so I am just trying to compare them to a full replacement engine but will see how the prices turn out and what I have to do with my motor to get it running again. I should be able to get the motor out myself, so can just send it on a pallet or something to a shop to be rebuilt... I will give them a look see and ask for a price...

Yeah that's what I thought... Feckin thing. I will not be cheaping out on an oil pump that's for sure. Any suggestions on one? N1? Tomei? Jun? Should probably get a new water pump while I'm at it too. Ill get in touch with ERD too and see what they say to it.... Money is the driving factor unfortunately... sucks

Phil: I have had a look around and they do seem to be mostly further south. Been quoted anywhere between 6-10k for the kind of thing I'm after. Will just have to bite the bullet and do it. Not pulled the engine apart yet, not had time. Will get on it this weekend hopefully and get the full damage report. But suspected seized or cracked block. Sudden lose of oil pressure, over heating then when mechanic asked me to start it made horrible noises and didn't start or turn over properly.... basically up sh*t creek. Hey guys, just found this thread. Only recently got myself an R32 GTR. Live in Townsville too. I have seen a few skylines kicking about. Mine is gun metal grey with grey/silver wheels with a loud ass exhaust. Unfortunately my car is off the road just now due to the engine being f**ked... But will hopefully get a built engine in it as soon as possible. On that note, does anyone have a suggestion as to where I can get a rebuild done with forged internals, etc...?

Preferably with some mods done eg. forged rods and pistons, bearings etc. Not after a gearbox or anything else like that except maybe a turbo upgrade but that is less important. Also after a decent oil pump. Let me know what you guys have! Or failing that I would be looking for somewhere in the Townsville/ Queensland to get my engine rebuilt with forged rods and pistons etc. if anyone knows a decent place I could get one done let me know!!
