i would stay awy from the Jaycar version of the SAFC but thats just me.. i dont know if i would be daring enough to use something like that.. however, out of that list i would go for SAFC.. or as otherrs mentioned earlier, rechip the stock ECU.. i think Toshi on these boards does it for quite cheap but i personally have not tried his

to me, the 100k mileage means fark all if the car has been well kept and maintained.. as long as all servicing has been carried out as required.. and compression is good... and car is in good condition for its age.. then mileage shouldnt matter so much esp if its 120k.. not like its 400k taxi mileage

hey Asri, a Mines ECU would mean probably mean that your ignition timing is advanced and maybe slightly higher boost, along with removed speed cut and some other things.. however, its tuned for Jap fuel so you must use Shell V-Power or whutever it is thats currently the highest octance fuel in Msia.. yes i know its expensive

its worth getting the newer, although stock car as the mods on the 1994 car arent worth that much as u can see in Jason's post above.. not like the 94 GTST has rebuilt engine, big turbo etc.. just make sure u dont make the same mistake as Jason tho.. or u will end up with a purple interior.. lol joking... i lurrvee it

lately it seems that conflicting views arent allowed on SAU.. im not talking abt this thread in particular, but generally speaking, that seems to be the way its going and a lot of the people who have been here for years are driven away bcoz of this back on topic... there are a lot of ppl running around in Sivias / 180sx lately due to its relatively cheap price and with it comes a higher ratio of dickheads to real car enthusiats which is unfortunate coz it is really a good car.. im afraid it might be the same for Skylines too as more and more ppl can afford to buy them now

id pick either the series II over the 1994 the series II becoz its newer and is only 2k more... even though its stock.. its not like the 1994 skyline has that many mods.. u could prolly get the series II up the same level with another couple of grand if u shop on forums.. however, dont discount the 180 just yet.. its got heaps of potential, and lotsa parts floating around.. cheaper too.. though if you asked this question on SilviaWA you would get a totally diff response
