Im chasing a set of tomei straight drop in poncams for rb25det. Second hand or new, I think drop In is 256. If not new 264 or so. Any advice is muchly appreciated

Hey guys got a question, just need a lil direction n help. Whats better, and what benefits does A) running a oil catch can with breathers to vent to atmo Or B) run hose to catch can then a another hose back into turbo intake?? Would like to know more.. for rb25det, running 18-20psi

Is it worth modifying? And will I need to add couple inch of pipe into it too length it out of bumper?
