i got mine straight from nissan as it is the same wheel stud as some aussie made car he found out on the system and they had them in stock on the shelf. Then just did it myself.

just wondering where you guys have gotten your brake pads from for R32 gtst. As i spoke to repco yesterday and they fella told me the only listings he had on his system were for non turbo and for the twin turbo. Are the r32 gtst's the same pad as the non turbo? or where abouts have you guys ended up getting a suitable replacement pad from. I am on the Northside of brissie. thanx Jason

I have a set of 17" panasport g7 3 piece mags and have found that they have previously been welded and the welds have cracked and now my rim is leaking. It is on the inside of the rim so i think it is unrepairable, but due to it being a 3 piece mag was thinking that there may be some company out there that could build me a new outter rim section and put the other bits of my wheel on it. Does anyone know of any business that i could get in contact with and try and any rough ideas of price? possible experiences? i am in qld thanx Jason

yeh hopefully we can get a big turnout for this...support qld cruising and car scene and show people there are enthusiasts and not just these guys drinking and yelling at people to do skids. i dont know what this solace is...so if there could be a meet spot so that everyone meets up and all cruise down together not too late and then can all park together in the one spot...one big line of skylines...would look real cool. hope lots of guys will come out for this...it is a fair bit of notice almost a month away. ok i have fitted the adaptor so that i can plug the aerial into back of headunit and radio is working fine. Because my aerial is the little wire built into the windscreen do i still need to hook up this red and black wire to the blue one out of the head unit? because it says auto aerial or something like that? if so can someone explain why to me please. thanx jason

ok guys i found the black and red wire which has a little plastic connector on it. Do i remove it from this connector and add a metal male connector on the end of it so i can plug it into the blue and white wire coming off of the headunit? is this all i have to do? or do i have to do something with the 2 pin connector also? it looks like an aerial one but doesnt fit on the headunit. i made an error the current headunit in it is a jvc kd-sx695. all help appreciated thanx Jason

hey all this may sound like a bit of a stupid question but i have gotten an r32 not long ago now and when purchasing it already had an aftermarket cd player installed (Pioneer). Now there is no aerial on the vehicle and when trying to listen to radio the headunit does not pick up any stations. Now i am wondering if this is due to the way the headunit has been wired up? Can you not get any radio reception in the r32's? Or what could it be? Any help appreciated, just been giving my cds a good work out and wouldnt mind some radio. thanx Jason

Just curious as to if anyone knows where abouts i can get my hands on some "turbo inside" stickers. The ones like the intel inside symbol. Have seen some alright size ones on some cars rear quarter glass windows and am keen to get some for my own ride so any help would be much appreciated. thanx Jason

hey i have a viper pager alarm system and last night my remote just stopped working on me. I was at a party had gone to pick someone up and come back locked the car and a few hours later when going to leave pulled remote out of my pocket and found the screen all blank. I had only replaced the battery earlier that day, so i hit up my mate for a new battery, tried a few and none of them worked. Had to set off my alarm at like 11.45 at night and quickly try and turn it off in the engine bay. Now when i got home i pulled the remote apart cos you could here something rattling in it. I found a loose piece but really need to someone to look at it and let me know if anything is broken, i tried putting it back where i thought it would go but still didnt work. So does anyone know of a place that either sells or installs these alarms in brisbane or someone that would be able to repair it. Just need to know where to go. Preferably northside as i live out that way and work on the outskirts of the city. thanx Jason

ok about the boost controller it is a turbosmart dual stage boost controller, which the controller unit is under the bonnet and just the switch is in the car. Havnt had a chance to remove the switch to see if there is a vacuum line or not there because i didnt install it...it came with the car. the other thing i wanted to know seeing that i have to move my gauge off of the A-piller when removing it does this just mean i have to cut the wires coming out of it or do there disconnect from the gauge or something? it is an autometer air fuel ratio gauge. all help appreciated thanx Jason

one more thing can someone tell me the stock tyre dimensions of a stock wheel for an r32 gtst. i know it is 16" but what are the other stuff just so i can find out a price on some tyres thanx Jason

im not complaining they were defected for that...we bought that to there attention because it had only had rwc done not that much earlier and a tyre rolled off the rim on me...now lucky for me i was only going like 5-10km/h and then unfortunately went over my car and gave me my defect list and was told i had 14 days for repairs i know it was unsafe to drive on, it is that it passed road worthy that has ticked me off. and now i am having to pay to get it all fixed in time and they said they cant make anyone pay if i want any compensation i have to seek legal advise and find out who to take to court either the old owner or the rw guy as it is very complicated as i wont go into it all.

thats the thing i dont have any stocko wheels or anything and cannot use my current mags either due to crack in rim so tyre does not stay inflated and it has previously been welded badly so therefore cannot be repair i have been told. Jason

hey guys to cut a long story short, qld transport have fully gone over my car (R32) a month after buying it and have hit me up for these things so need some help two mag wheels are damaged and welded and need replacing as i found out they are unrepairable. THey are a 17" 3 piece panasport mag so im guessing no one will have any for sale and i will pay a fortune to get them singley...so i need some sort of wheels that will fit an r32 gtst stock or not for as cheap as possible. exhaust sitting too low and not 100mm off of ground. not allowed to have any gauges on drivers A-pillar aftermarket foot pedals do not have an antislip surface not allowed to have switch for dual stage boost controller anywhere in cabin. illegal to be able to adjust boost from in cabin. and they want me to get something from nissan to say that my exhaust meets specs coz they reckon because it is 3" all the way through with only one muffler that its not or something. now guys i have only 13 days left to get everything fixed before i have to have it inspected. i need all help possible for things like the boost controller i think i can get away just removing the switch, the gauge i will just have to remove, the pedals does anyone have a stock set or anything?? the exhaust i am unsure about and i need some wheels. sorry for the long post but as u may see i am pretty frustrated at the moment as i have not had the car long and found all this stuff wrong with it and it all passed road worthy so i dont know what to do and if i will ever get reimbursed. hey guys i am just wanting to know about which ones of you guys have had you spoiler removed and had the boot welded up properly and repainted. i have asked at a few panel beaters now and not many have really been interested. So i am seeking some help from people that have actually had this done and am curious how much of your car they painted, how much it matched the current paint and roughly how much you paid would help me out greatly. I am in brisbane. pm me or post a reply on here all help would be much appreciated...i am keen to have my liners boot spoiler less and looking schmick very soon

hey all i am finally glad to be able to join the club of skyline drivers on the road. just last week i picked up my very own 93 R32 gtst, i am enjoying every minute of driving it compared to the 4 cyl i used to have. so really just saying gday to everyone and hope to be able to meet some of you's out and about sometime and go cruising with fellow skyline owners.
