In contrast, although plasma testosterone was unaltered by orgasm, higher testosterone concentrations were observed following the period of abstinence.   6. Agreed Simon there. Lean/clean bulk is always the hardest but it's the most rewarding. I'm not sure what you weigh but i'd too advice against heavy dieting as it affects muscle grow and strength. Everyone has a different method of doing things obviously but i get to a certain weight by high protein clean eating diet and work my way through that. I remain on that weight and gradually pack on muscle lose bf at the same time. It might take me 12-24 months for a good progress but that's how the cookie crumbles with things in bodybuilding

  8. I reckon I am about still 12 months off where i would like to be. Currently at 87kg and can; Bench: 95kg at 3-4 sets, 8 reps Squat: 160kg at 3-4 sets, 10 reps Would like more bench/chess and a ripped core.
