hi there my mate thinks when u whinde the suspension upwards u lower ur car...

i think when u whinde the suspension downwards u lower ur car...

can someone please give me the correct info here

I've got Tein Super Street coilovers. To increase height, I wind it up, to lower wind down.

I've got Tein Super Street coilovers. To increase height, I wind it up, to lower wind down.

It all depends on the brand of coilover, i have G4's in my car, and i lower it by twisting the base upwards (shortening the length) and raise it by twisting the base downwards (increasing the length)

With spring seat adjusment, winding up raises the car.

With base height adjustment, winding down raises the car.
