Highflow T25 Turbo With 360 Thrust Bearings Etc

i've just brought a Highflow t25 turbo and i think i got ripped off (CA18det)

the turbo has been hi flowed yeah, front has been machined out, putting in bigger steel wheels

rear has been ported, but its using CERAMIC REAR WHEEL

has 360 thrust bearing etc

only down side is the rear has CERAMIC WHEEL

the turbo is in mint condition, has no shaft play at all

he said its good for about 400 hp, 20 psi

would the ceramic rear wheel support this much power

he said the rear is steel wheel, but found out it isn't

have i got ripped off, or will it make this much power or will the rear ceramic wheel blow to pieces after about 15 psi

would this be ok for around 20 psi because it has 360 degree thrust bearing?

too hard to tell

heat can risk ceramic failure

it would be odd to hiflow something and not replace the ceramic wheel

ask for a refund ?
