Rb25 Head Studs

Hey all.

Like many im building an rb25/30 hybrid but im stumped trying to find new rb25 head stud bolts. Has anyone been able to get them or are people just taking the old bolts to a bolt store and asking them to match it in a high tensile?

just get ARP replacement ones

autobarn is the only place i know that can order them in from rocket. Rocket has to get them in from overseas taking about 2 weeks and costing about $300. They also cant get head bolts only studs and nuts. I was hoping there was an alternative.

Try Slide i think his username is he's in the For Sale section under bussiness traders he had some ARP stuff he might be able to get them for you... Hope it helps.

hey man

i was thinking of doing the same conversion what problems have you run into besides the bolts

and just giving me the basic heads up on what and what not to do

what u can do, is re drill and tap to suit rb26 bolts, plus the 26 bolts are larger
