Need To Shave My Bar

I need to shave around 15-20mm of my frount bar to clear my fmic and pipes.What is the best way to do this and what tools to use to get a nice edge and straight line.

i used one of those Dremel rotary tools to do mine lol, mostly i used the cutting blades then after it was all done i used like a sandpaper rotary bit and smoothed everything up

i have heard people using grinders to do it and and also like miniature grinders as well but the dremel worked for me
