cam gears are a good little mod, and if ustilising a pretty standard stock setup turbo etc.. then 2 deg advanced intake and 4 to 6 retarded timing on exhaust has been fairly well established to save you some time on the dyno re-tune.

HKS DURALUMIN+ Ni PLATING cam gears. item number are.. 22004-AN002 RB exhaust, 22004-AN002 RB intake

Thats all i know about them and ive tried searching cant find anything... hmmmm can anyone shed some light on them??

The part numbers you quoted at the top of this thread are not HKS cams. They are HKS cam gears??

If your mate is selling you those part numbers then there not cams they are adjustable gears??
