Wow thanks! i'll look it up, never new any of that.

You might have problems with signal strength going upstairs to downstairs, im not sure i have never tried it.

This would only be faster if the wireless adapters he had for his laptops, and game consoles support 802.11n

Its usually just the wireless G that the ps3 and wii would support isnt it?

Thanks again for all the help guys this is making things alot easier for me and im learning a heap of stuff about this that I never knew.

Yea my guess is it would just be G, but you laptops depending on how new they are may support N.

The real bottleneck will be in the ps3 and wii's (and any other wireless device you want to connect) wireless adapter speeds not the router.

Thats simply not true - i use a wireless netgear modem that came with my $99 optus fusion plan and i get pings of -30 and it never chokes. Downloads on average 500-600kbps.

I dont know what your smokin but it does create lag if there are more than 1 thing sharing the internet connection

    • I'd ask the shop what they used and use that. Mixing coolants is sometimes OK, sometimes not, and you have know the details of each coolant to know whether it's a good idea or not.
    • Is it alright to top up with just another green coolant?

    • Will have a look at that. I cant see any leaks
    • Put another overflow bottle (ie, a 1.25 coke bottle or similar) under the overflow hose and see if it is being pushed out there or if it is disappearing into the engine.
