Popping!

Hey Guys,

i Thought i would ask before i do things myself just to be on the safe side!

PROBLEM: I just finished getting my straight through 3" Zaust (decat) on my 34

When i put my foot down around 4/5 ths revs the car start popping like it rev bashing (flooding)

i tried to re-start the afm didnt work been told need to gap my spark plus / get new ones

Thought ill ask if anyone had the same problems! cheers:)

Sounds like it's misfiring under load due to spark breaking down, probably due to more boost due to lack of restrictions..

But seriously dude, there is a Forced Induction area and if you had have searched that you would have found some very related problems and possible solutions.

It was the flooding bit I didn't understand...

Change your spark plugs and make sure they are gapped to 0.8mm

AFM / CAS / Coils / Plugs ... those are a few possabilities .. but could be many things
