R33 Cabin Aircon Fan Noise

Guys,

Recently my r33 has developed a noise from the cabin aircon fan, its seem like the fan is loose while turning. Anyone has this issue or experience before? please helps.

I have the same/similar problems with my 32 !! i have some noise coming from under the passenger side dash,, what could it be? anyone with 32 can help?

its the bushes on the armature.. not a loose nut holding the fan on(it spins in tightening direction). you need some conductive grease on the armature/brushes.. or a whole new setup.

thanks for the reply. pardon me for being a noob. How do i get to the location of the armature? i need to investigate the problem. Please point me to the right direction. cheers

excelent write up mate! just need some better pictures i might give mine ago in the next few days and thats in a 33 so ill fill in the blanks at the start of your guide so we have one for a 32 and a 33.

Here's a update. mine was fixed by replacing the a/c blower.
