Hi all.

I'm chasing R33 GTR rims in any condition except buckled (don't care about gutter rash).

Also after a fixed back race seat. Brands like Recaro, Bride, Sparco, Cobra would be preferable.

Sending a PM would be best in case I don't check this thread.

Thanks guys,

Russ

if you decide to go for reclinable i have these

genuine SR4 $2,000 with recaro rails (blue or red)

Thanks anyway mate. I already have a recaro reclinable and the spacing of the harness holes are too close and cut into my neck.

bride carbon kevlar fixed back seat... $1200...for sale on SAU anyways

Yeah mate.

I saw that. Besides the head restraints (which I don't need anyway) I don't see why it's so expensive? I can buy a brand new Sparco/cobra seat for $1100.

I have a brand new Sparco ProAdv fixed back seat which I bought directly from the Sparco Distributor and I will accept $900 for it (rrp $1399).

How close is it to an EVO? I can get an EVO for $1k...

Yeah I guess it is too exotic. I like racing my car... not my wallet.

Brides are very rarely a good fit unless if you're super slim. Also it looks hideous haha.

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
