Sydneykid
Hi cul202, Mick welds a bit of pipework for us, good work at reasonable prices. Can be a bit late at times, but he is very popular so can get very busy. For a higher quality job, at a higher price of course, try Performance Metalcraft at Rydalmere. Their stuff is top shelf, good to deal with as well. Hope that helps Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/27394-micks-metal-craft/#findComment-574986 Share on other sites
JimX
My cooler was made by Mick's Metalcraft and I can't really fault it. Looks nice and shiny, doesn't have any noticable pressure drop, but that could just be a wide margin of error in my Autometer gauge. A setting of 1 bar on my EBC (which I think gets pressure reading from before cooler) reads about spot on 15psi on my boost gauge, which is actually higher than it should be. Yes there are better coolers, but I think it was really good value for the price. Can't remember the exact pricing because it was bundled in with lots of other work, but I think it was just under $1000 (600x300x75).
