Noddy
We had our first beginners drift school at Queensland Raceway last weekend. It went pretty well I think. The link is to the course setup at the end of the day that used all the skills learnt. http://www.youtube.com/trackattackau#p/u/0/7ZirR4clni0 The next 1 is booked for Sept 4. It is limited to 10 spots for the morning for a beginners session. The afternoon is set down for general drift practice and is also capped at 10 spots. Cost is $100. You will need helmet and longs (pants and sleeves). An AASA lic is also needed. to book a spot, go to the link below http://www.trackattack.com.au/2010/index.p...&Itemid=219 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/325155-drift-school/ Share on other sites

mitsumadness
Actually, although there isn't really, there is sometimes events run by Driver Dynamics - they did a very successful drift training day at Sandown last year. With more requests, I reckon they would consider doing more. If you add Driver Dynamics on facebook, or go to their web site, and keep asking them, then they may get onto it! Also I believe Vic Drift are looking into getting some training events happening too. Other than that, in the slightly longer term, I'm looking at at least doing some 1 on 1 assisting in training people out at Winton just at the Vic Drift events, but that's probly not for a year or so.
