89 Nissan Silvia

Engine: SR20t 170xxxkms

dyno'd @ 238rwkw

Rego:

14th April 2011

Modifications:

High mount manifold and turbo, s15 injectors, fuel pump, remapped comp, F/M intercooler, covered pod filter and bov, Autometer boost gauge and sports steering wheel. Everything else is stock.

Condition:

Interior and carpet is worn, small tear in drivers seat, dash in good condition.

Exterior is worn too hehe but nothing major or structural , just scratches and dents. Also small surface rust spot next to sunroof.

Sunroof doesn't leak but does not retract, aircon and heater do not work but fan and climate display do work, as do the electric windows and mirrors.

Cosmetically the car needs TLC but mechanically the car is very sound. No overheating or oil leaks. Starts first time. Quick car.

    • That's one of the reasons I got that breed, they look weird, the other reasons are they small, they are very vocal, and run around like they are on crack, I didn't want a breed that just sits around, these two are like kids on red cordial  My daughter has one, and it's a laugh riot, constantly doing Parkour around the house, sits on her shoulder, plays catch, and constantly runs around the house taking turns chasing the dog around, her Bermese though, just lays around with constant bitch face, and just looks on in utter disgust at the cat and dog playing together
    • I'm getting PTSD flashbacks seeing that name again.  With my turbo swift, I got 1,500km of street use on a Jim Berry clutch before it exploded and took out my input shaft with it.

    • It's all about the socialisation of the dogs. In that first 8 to 16 weeks of age they need to be taught to be nice and friendly with everything. That way they generalise it to everything. That said, some days you'll just never beat genetics, but 99% of the time dogs chasing cats is purely lack of socialisation, and then the chasing part can turn into prey drive.
    • I bench bled my HFM BM57 before installing, it leaked badly. Threw it in the bin, because I installed it 2 years after purchase.
