hello guys and girls, ive been a memeber on here for some time now, since everyone has jumped

on the band wagan, i thought i may as well too

this is the build up of my 1989 hcr32 gtst 4 door sedan

i purchased this car at the start of 2010, in january to be exact, technically i swaped my ae86 20valve sprinter for it

and since then it has undergone many changes,

some are good, some are bad, but i will let everyone decide on there own.

when i first got the car it was silver, 3 to 4 different shades of silver, the car was fairly straight, only a few dints and ripples

on the passenger side rear quarter, it was very reliable and was naturaly aspirated,

the car had an rb25de, coilovers, removed hicas, and ssr meshies, and a gtr front end.

since then its now completely different, the car has seen 3 motor combos, 2 sets of rims, many more suspension

parts, a paint job, a kit, and a hell of a lot of work.

when i first got the car it was boring as all hell, i was used to hearing a thousand rapped cats screeming at the top of

their lungs every time i reved my 86 past 5 grand,

that car was soo fun to drive, then i got the skyline, i felt like a grandad in scratched up, dinted cresida winging at the

p plate drivers driving 2.5 kmph above the speed limit.

i wasnt over all happy to be pricise,

a about a month later i met a very influential mate, who just so had an unregistered r32 coupe sitting in his garage,

he sugested we do an NA to turbo swap on the 25de,

we used all standard 25 turbo parts, including manafold, turbo, dump, exhaust, front mount and bov,

the car run sweet for about 6 months.

the motor got a little ratly, so i sold it off to buy a turbo rb20,

since i sold the 25, and didnt have quiet enough money to buy a 20, we pulled the 20 out of my mates r32,

and slapped it into my 4 door, from this moment on i caught the turbo bug and never looked back!!

once i had enough money for the 20det i drove down to sydney and picked up a motor, loom, ecu and basically everything else that

i need to do the swap, geoff from sss helped me out soo much and i cant thank him enough,

finally getting home, gettn all aintsy about boosting around town, i got to work, swaped the motors over,

turned the key to find that the car was running on 2 cylinders, about 3 mins later 2 more cylinders woke up,

i played around for a couple of more minutes and checked the fluids into the radiator, to only find combustion

reaming out the where the rad cap goes, i turned the car off and checked the oil, from there my heart sank,

i was f**king pissed off, i spent about 3 or 4 hours getting this motor in only to find the headgasket was f**ked.

that afternoon i called geoff fron sss automotive and told him the problem,

his understood what had happened, and quickly located another rb20det for me and shipped it down,

i thought fingers crossed i hope this one is all good,

a week later i had my new motor looking fresh as sittin in my garage floor.

4 hours later i had a running motor.

i was stoked as, 1500 kms later everthing was sweet as, car felt geat, maid decent power, drove perfect,

cant complain the car was running sweet as.

3 months later the turbo blew, snapping the inpellor shaft in half,

a little bit devoed, i drove back down to sydney and picked up a nice and healthy r34 gtt turbo,

the car is now back together running sweet as.....................
