Hi guys, just throwing my car up as an EOI at the moment because I really don't want to sell it but I have just lost my job and need a cheap 4 door daily now. If I get enough interest i'll sell the car.

Asking for $11,000

Specs:

White 1996 R33 GTS25T

Long rego till October 2011

105,000 KMS, timing belt changed at 98k

5 Speed manual

Air con works perfect, I find myself turning it off as sometimes it's too cold lol

Apexi Power FC computer with hand controller, Dyno Tuned by Unigroup Engineering, Making a very safe and conservative 210rwkw on 11psi, has WAY more in it but as its running stock injectors I don't want to max them out, turbo can easily take 16 - 18 psi and expect around 240 - 250rwkw with bigger injectors and more boost.

Garrett TB3404 turbo

Fuel Regulator

Short Shifter

GReddy profec spec 2 boost controller

Turbo timer

18" Work VSXX Rims, 265/35s on rear 235/35s on front, nice offset and looks FAT from behind

3 Inch turbo back exhaust with high flow 100 cell cat and cannon

FMIC and piping

Z32 AFM

Metal induction pipe

HKS mushroom pod filter

Sony Headunit with AUX input and front and rear 6" speakers

New battery

Turbosmart Plumb back BOV so no idling problems

New Exedy HD clutch

Cusco strut brace

Mongoose M80 alarm

Genuine floor mats

Car starts first time every time, no cold start problems, no missfires or boost leaks, drives smoothly and sounds very tough.

Car is located in St Clair in Sydney, post in this thread or PM me with enquiries

PM replied, I'll just mention guys, I cant do any trades where I have to put cash on top. If you have something to trade with me thats worth around 3-4k and has air con that works well (this is a must) and 4 doors and you can put 7 - 8 k on top then I might be interested, something like a vs commodore, or n14 / n15 pulsar or any cheap to run daily really...

OK I have some bad news that I will mention because I am a very honest seller. The clutch in the car is brand new but it seems I did not put a heavy duty enough one in and I think I noticed some slight slippage on high boost today, so I've put the car back down onto low boost and it was running fine no slipping at all, due to the fact the clutch will most likely need replacing with a more heavy duty item soon (I recommended button or cushion button) i'm willing to drop the car down to $10 000 FIRM for a quick sale, any interested parties can come look at the car any time today or during the week.

The car still drives absolutely perfect on low boost with no signs of slip just like I said I am a very honest seller and I cant afford to replace the clutch myself so would rather drop the price by 1k and let the new buyer decide if they are happy with the car on low boost or if they want to upgrade to a beefier clutch.

I must stress that $10 000 is my absolute minimum and I am not negotiable below this

somebody buy me I need money for my UK holiday next month!

also whats with time wasters organizing a time to come out then never showing up, have had 3 people do this to me so far, ah the joys of selling a car

someone come buy this car for $9500 today or tomorrow, I am in a shit financial situation and need cash bad, lost my job, have tickets and accom to the uk that I booked before I lost my job and require payment.

i took the car for a long drive today, there is actually nothing wrong with the clutch on low boost (180rwkw) its just that on high boost (210 - 220ish kw) it slips a bit as its not rated for that kind of power, you could happily drive the car on low boost forever and have no problems with it.

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
