Tip it so they can get in. Put a blow up castle on top woth the entrance infront of the chipper inlet.

Simple - if you want peace of mind, drive your car to work. A lift in to work with your brother in law may save you the hassle of driving etc, but the hassle of having your car damaged is alot worse. Wouldn't you agree?

All good options, seems the neighbours all hate them?? take up a collection, with the money buy as much speed as you can get and hide it through there house, make sure you hide some in the kids bedrooms to make sure they both go to jail and the kids get taken by child services
