Hey Chris, was just thinking that if possible one should do that Clifton drive later in the arvo as it all looks quite pretty in the low sun! When I went thru there last it was about 3-4 in the arvo and the sun was directly behind us....very scenic indeed especially with some of those cliffs/gorges

Can't beat the old ling long spec 235/45/17s bake like no tomorrow $100 a side to replace...

+1 man

Those things at a reduced 30 pounds or so were grippy as hell...must be a cheap soft rubber instead of a cheap hard crap rubber ;)

That's the spirit.

I should be back on the road and joining you guys in my own car come December/January hopefully.

Otherwise, I'll gladly ride shotgun :)

In the meantime, I'll just dream of all the cool stuff we get to eat at Tbar HQ, Xmas time. I'll bring a carton with me.

It's only October and already I'm getting impatient LOL

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
