This product is entitled to parts and labor via courier service. Service is available Monday-Friday, except holidays, with a next business day response objective For anyone that has used a lenovo thinkpad before they know how good these bad boys are. and if you have not used one before, they are great, and extremely well built they can be dropped from a decent height and not care about it. Plus if you do happen to drop it and break it, the laptop still have a full year of warranty left (including thinkplus, which is warranty for accidental damage). This is a great home laptop, or perfect for business/uni. It will play some games, but it is not designed to do so. The laptop is in perfect condition. I still have the original box and documents that came with the laptop. No carry bag (did not order it with one). I will post pictures of the laptop it self when i get home.
