Hi Guys,

I am thinking about buying a sil-eighty and doing a Rb20 conversion. and hopefully rb30/20 or rb30/25 conversion. And using the left over parts from my rb26 to fill the rb20

So far i know/think i can use the following:

Rb26 Std Cams

Rb26 Std Injectors

Z32 Airflow meter.

I sold my std crank and rods, but might be able to get it another. if i did this what compression and would it take it to 2.4? (in a Rb20)

Is there anything else i can use? i plan on using PFC or Fcon.

maybe Sydney kid u can help.

thank you in advance

well if you have sold the rb26 cranks and rods you can still use the rb 20 ones to make a 2.2 you need 82 mm pistons for this.

remeber you need 82 mm pistons to make the 2.4 also you might need a special head gasket.

on a side note I fitted an sr 20 to my cefiro with a bigger turbo and the power and torque is much much better than any rb 20 I ahve been in.
