R34 Tail Light Wiring

I put some LEDs in the tails lights just the other day. But like stock, only the larger ring goes brighter under braking and the smaller ring stays the same.

my question is, how do i wire them up so the both illuminate when braking?

also, right now this is what i have done. i have used the one plug for the large ring (there is only one to use) and the smaller rings i have only used one of the bulb inputs (there are two bulb inputs on the small ring) and as it stands now the smaller ring is brighter before braking but then under braking the become the same brightness as the larger ring is getting brighter.
