Hey, car has been stripped for rebuilding and painting. Engine bay was completely stripped and cab was stripped apart from air con unit and fuse panel plus harness

Went to wind over this morning to get oil pressure but nothing. No power to starter. No power to plug near front fuse box. Power from key is going through fuse but it's so cramped I can't get in there well to see where they join. On Powerfc it shows start signal.

Is there a relay on start circuit as I don't have any clicks apart from Acc relays turning off but with them removed complete silence.

Alarm appears to be working. Not sure how it blocks starter as its not wired into start wire near key yet it used to block the starter previously.

Will continue first thing in the morning as im busy rest of today but hoping someone has some suggestions.

Only other thing not working is oil pressure light but prob just thread tape not giving a good earth but who knows it may be related

Cheers

FYI for those playing along at home, the answer came to me yesterday while I was out. If the alarm used to block start circuit then must be more than 1 start terminal on key barrel. Ended up the alarm was missing an earth wire and only allowing ignition circuit but not start. . All works fine now.

Oil pressure light was too much thread tape on one of the fittings.
