Knocking Sound From The Bottom Driver's Wheel Area When Going Over Speed Humps Or Bumpy Road?

This sound started when i drove my R34 around after jacking up my car at the cross-member for changing engine oil, the sound is like me tapping my door.

Though not sure but there was one part of the road i drove on today which was curvy and bumpy and my steering wheel just pulled to the left or felt stiff.

Sounds more like a stuffed tie rod or something similar... I would get it checked before driving anymore as bad things happen if suspension breaks!

Get a suspension place to check both your lower ball joints, bushes and also the steering arms just to be safe! Don't risk your car or your life by leaving noisy suspension...
