what do you mean by 'has made it'?  Did he actually change the law?  Ive told this to friends and family and i keep getting pushed back with crap like " you should't believe everything you hear" and "You should be more skeptical"... and "how can that be possible?, this is a democratic society" so on and so forth.  I

NSANT - i believe what your saying and i hope that i haven't written this in an offensive way because im not trying to be aggressive but do you have any more details on this bracks thing?  I'd love to prove everybody wrong.

Bracks's government has changed the legislation so cops can basically defect you if 'in their opinion' your car is unroadworthy, even if they wouldnt know their head from their ass!! As for democratic society even tho those speed cameras were found faulty in vic, there are more and more being installed ever week!!!

I am not making this up, I know laywers and i have been to court, fought, and won a case where a cop 'estimated' i was speeding without any factual proof.
