4 point Roll Cage? Role cages in general what ya think?

Hay guys i was just talking with afew mates today about roll cages i think its a good idea to have one. well for a 180sx anwayz i was speaking to afew guys they said not alot of room will be in the back and also wanted to ask are they good are they strong. heheh

and apart from rolling you car do they offer a lot of strength on the side e.g if you hit a pole tree etc.

do you need a engering certificate to fit them in and how much do they ussualy cost?

what are your views on putting one in?

I wouldn't bother unless your going to do club races or road rally events. I'n not sure in VIC, but in NSW I think they're no longer legal on road registered cars. And I think you do have to get an engineer to fit a cage.
