Hey guys i want to sell my r31 skyline

i have had it for 4 years in june now and i must sell it to start on my new car

its a nissan skyline 1986 GXE 5 speed manual 206000 k's on the clock

it comes with:

- full custom body kit

- custom spoiler

- professionaly lowered suspension by pedders

- 17 inch wheels - 17*7's all round with 215/45/17 on all 4 corners - they have been powder coated white to suit the color of the car

- Stainless steel exhaust - 2 and a 1/4 inch straight through with tip on the end - beautiful deep sound

- set of extractors

- pod filter

- chipped ECU - got a chip in it for better performance - dont know how much though

- After market steering wheel

- Genuine Nismo gear knob

- interior is perfect with blue seats and door trims - no marks or holes on any of the seats

- its got a kenwood stereo - thats all i know about it with some six inch speakers in the back

- its got a stage 2 shift light which is situated above the steering column - goes from yellow which is first warning then to red whch simply means change NOW

- Then in has all the basics - air con, electric mirrors, power steering, alarm, immobilisar, central locking which works off the alarm,

i have spent heaps of money just making this thing reliable and good to look at. This year i have replaced the timming belt, air flow meter, ignition module and plenty more

i have receipts for heaps of services and it always had one after 10,000k's

The body kit is very very hard to get and i have been approached by many suppliers to get a mould made of the kit and to make copies to sell - i didnt want to because i wanted it to look unique so there is money to be made off the kit

i know im forgoting heaps but if you call me on 0402143495 i can ill you in on any details which i have forgot to mention - im located in melbourne - endeavour hills

im asking 7100.00 for the car which is negotiable - you wont be sorry with this car because all you have to do is buy it and not do anything to it - you dont have to waste money on doing all the basic things to it which i have already done

its actually in the australian drag racing magazine with my friends 10 sec r33 this months edition so if you see the mag have a look for my friends black 33

i dont use the net much so give us a call if you have any questions about the car

the number plates dont come with the car unfortunately but if you want to give me an offer i might consider it

it has rego till the end of july

i have some more pics of it if you want i can send to your email if you want - i dont know how many pics i can put up of it

thanks heaps guys

steven

If you use the Nistune ECU, you will need to CAREFULLY read the available documentation for Neo tuning, and read some threads on the Nistune forums, to discover the various things you have to do to prevent the ECU from going bananas when the boost is too high. The is a table associated with th boost sensor that must be modified to prevent it from shitting the bed. This is just one of the things that you will need to do to the tune in Nistune, because the Neo turbo ECU will be expecting to see a number of things (such as the TCS) that are not there, and you have to block the DTCs on those. It is totally not surprising to me that you are having the problems that you are, but the solutions to these problems have been known for >15 years. So just get it done.
    • Hi. Sry iam not a mechanic and iam not at the car atm so i dont know 100% but they told they measure those and even try to change those. AFM they have two. Coils are new a they have my old one too. Plugs too. ECU...we have 25 NEO stock and Nistune 25 NEO.   But i dont know if any one those could be the problem and why/if/what can cause this, Only thing they did not check is fuel...but that walbro 255 is new(like 1,5 years)... That fuel pressure gauge idk...but i let them know Any suggestions?   EDIT: how can they know if it is like you say he ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high? Tha car has boost controler
    • Can you clarify what you mean by boost cut, do you mean it misfires both when under load (driving) and when stationary and out of gear? Or does the ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high (boost control issue)? Does it occur at idle with no throttle? When you say "the ECU is OK", what ECU is it and why do you think it is OK? Have you used the NEO ECU, and if so do you have a MAP sensor attached? Same for the AFM, why do you think it is OK? Do you have any way to put a fuel pressure gauge on it (even just a mechanical one between the fuel filter and fuel rail)?
    • Hi.. Just another problem. So maybe you can help. I(my mechanic) done swap from my RB20DE NEO to RB25DET NEO. Everything is OK but we have a boost cut. Coils/Plugs are ok...AFM is ok. ECU is ok. I have Walbro 255 but it "changed" sound few months ago(you can hear it ouside) you did not hear that when it was new(maybe faulty?) Sooo...what now? What can cause this boost cut? It is even when you standing still...
