  4. Set of 4, GTR R33 17" rims with Nankang Ultra Sport NS II 235/45 tyres. Rims have a couple of superficial gutter marks, tyres have plenty of tread (done 10000km of highway driving) Had to have these rims/tyres for compliance and now upgrading to 18" rims and 265 tyres. Price: $1600 firm
  5. Yeah the OS Giken and ORC are very similar, you'd be happy with either! Need an adaptor kit for both types that adds to the price a bit, all up mine cost me $2600 (installed).
  6. ^^ What he said, the ORC Twin Plate, its fantastic, you can drive it like a normal clutch in traffic and when you want to load it up, it just bites and off you go!

  8. Yep that looks like a similar monstrosity to mine. Its always funny when the workshops put the car up on the hoist and see how big it really is. The measuring rulers come out as well as the "I think the japanese guy you bought this off was trying to compensate for something" comments
  9. I've got a custom made job, came with the car from japan and was a pleasant surprise, full stainless system, manifold, dumps, 3" to 3.5" fronts, 4" system, no cat initially but now has a 4" Magic One which caused no real difference to power delivery. Exhaust is fairly quiet for its size, just a nice deep note. I agree with Iwells in that you should get the Trust/Greddy Split dump/fronts, Magic cat and then some decent cat back system
  10. Well i must admit i found it an amusing read regardless, a lot of dancing about the facts and omitting of anything that might damage his case. But then we're all guilty of that.
  11. I can't believe how many posts are up on this thing, i thought it must have been some archive post that had been dug up, but no! 5 pages worth in 12 hours!! I must say i find it funny that he's the one banned when some of the more offensive/insulting comments are coming from us!
  12. I'm running around 300awkw and went from no cat (car imported from Japan) to running a 4" Magic Cat and there was negligible difference in power - no more flames out the back though
  13. Ah sorry not selling the turbos, i've decided that my car wouldn't run nearly half as well if i took them out...
  14. Bump Price drop and some parts sold
  15. Foznice, where did you get that info from? I've been told that 228 was the number of R32 N1s made, and have been unable to find out how many R33 N1s were made, i even had people over in Japan try and find out.
  16. Hey, I've got an ORC twin plate clutch (which i think is very similar to the OS Giken, need an adaptor kit to convert from push to pull, right?) A mate of mine has one in as well, as did meshmesh on the forums. All three of those cars make a similar noise to what you're describing. Its a whiny sort of noise that is only there when you're using the clutch? If so its normal, people think the thrust bearing is about to die and laugh at you. The guy my mate bought his GTR off spent money trying to get it "fixed" to no avail, maybe made it a little less noticeable.
  17. Not sure if I can be much help but i put in some cam gears with power fc and got it tuned at the same time, went from zero boost at 4000rpm to coming on boost at about 2400rpm and pretty much 1bar at the 4000-4500rpm mark, that was with N1 turbos
  18. All listed parts still available
